Chapter 2: Whaddup Baby?

I wake up and grab my robe to take a bath and a shower. I shave my legs, armpits, and the "no-no square". I empty the bath and run a shower real quick. As I'm washing my body, there's a sting. I look down and my left leg has a huge gash thats bleeding. I clean myself off. I start to clean the wound when Felix calls me.

"Hey, you wanna stream with me? That corpse husband guy will be there?" He says.

"Y-yeah, Felix give me a bit, I have a huge cut on my left leg, and I have to clean it, just, do a round without me, okay? I'll text you to invite me in a bit..." I say, my voice a bit shakey.

"Well, im in the game, my chat just heard you say that. What happened?" He asks.

"I dont even know, Felix, it was probably me shaving, I had to shave, my hair was getting long, but, yeah, it was a huge cut, I don't know where it came from..." I say, hanging up. I wrap my wound and put on some clothes.

I go and turn on all my things, opening YouTube to stream. I get on among us and put in the code. Felix invites me to the discord server. I join and start my stream. I join the call and hear everyone's voice. They all go quiet when I talk.

"Who's Corpse Husband?" I ask. An extremely deep voice starts to talk.

"Whaddup baby?" He says. I almost moan and hear everyone laugh.

"Hold up! Hold the fuck up! How is your voice that deep?!" I yell. Felix laughs.

"Its just been that way, but, be aware, im the best imposter. Stay away babygirl." He says to me. I make some questionable faces over stream and the chat laughs at me.

"Oh dont worry, im okay with that, im sneaky hehe." I smile widely.

"Oh, by the way, whats your channel name? Cause people think we're dating cause the names." He says. I laugh nervously.

"Uhhh my channel name is 'Corpse Bride' heh." I say covering my face.

"Ahhh that's why. And now you have a new subscriber." He says. I can here the smile on his voice. I smile and look up his channel. I click subscribe and join.

"You also have a new subscriber. Be thankful, I only subscribe to my friends." I smile, though nobody can see it. I've never done a face reveal, and I only will, if I beat Felix by 1 million subscribers, and its coming up close.

Sean starts the game and my screen lights up red. I see Sykkuno is the other imposter. I smirk as were on polis. I line up at the keys task and stack kill someone. I run away fast. Felix reports.

"Who killed Rae?!" He yells. I mute myself and chuckle, then unmute.

"Who had the fuckin' balls to stack kill? I think its Corpse, hes just hella sus." I smirk. Everyone then starts to vote. But then Corpse says something.

"Y/n. Are you the imposter?" He asks. I smile happily.

"Yeah. I definitely am." The voting stops. Then Sykkuno votes. Last vote. Corpse gets voted out. I mute myself and giggle. We start to go and do our things. Sykkuno and I double kill, and run off different ways. I kill Felix and the round ends. Sykkuno must've killed someone. I unmute myself and laugh.

"I ADMITTED IT AND ALL!!" I yell, laughing...

Later...

We play, like, 20 rounds, and I log off, after getting corpse's phone number. I go downstairs and check the time. '3:37 P.M.' I smile and text corpse.

Y: Howdy 🤠
C: Howdy
Y: Uhhh im really boreddd
C: same
Y: Mind if we FaceTime?
C: I mean, if it means I get to see your face, then sure, I'll show my face too, if you'd like?
Y: I'd appreciate it! But don't mind if I cook stuff, Felix and Sean are coming over later 🤷‍♀️
C: Okay, well, you wanna call first? Or do you want me to call?
Y: I'll call, one moment

(End texts.)

I call Corpse and set it up on my tripod and have it on my counter next to the stove. He picks up and I go to the fridge to get ingredients.

"Howdy Corpse." I say, walking back into view. I hear him exhale and I look over to see a beautiful man, with wavy black hair. I go to my cabinets to get food and bite my lip, I exhale slightly, but I breathe normally.

"Shalom Y/n." He says. I look back at him weirdly and that causes him to laugh. I smile as he laughs.

"Well, I have to make dinner for the three people coming over. So, feel free to talk, or do whatever, ill answer if you say anything to me though." I say as I grab my cutting board. I start chopping some green onions. As the chicken is almost fully cooked, I get it out and start shredding it with a fork.

"Y/n! Did you even hear what I said?" He asks. I shake my head sadly.
"Well, dont worry, I asked what you were making!" He says, his smile showing. I smile widely and look at him.

"I'm making chicken pockets! My favorite dinner to make!" I smile widely. I throw the shredded chicken into a bowl and get 2 packages of cream cheese. I put the onions and cream cheese in the bowl with the chicken and start mixing it up.

I let it sit for a few seconds as I open all the  croissant packages as I lay them all out. I lay some of the mixture onto one side of the croissant dough. I then fold them over and put them on a pan and pop them into the oven for like 25 minutes.

"Whatcha wanna talk about Corpse?" I ask him, leaning against a counter, looking at him. He shrugs.

"How about... Relationships?" He says with am evil smirk...
