Eltorey Oneshots

"I thought you hated me.."

Takes place in a highschool setting

I was walking down the hallway with Jake and Sam when we saw him. Elton Castee, the person I like and my bully. They walked to us and Sam and Colby shared a kiss, as they're dating.

"We're gonna go to class now, see you at lunch." Sam said then headed off with Colby.

"Yeah I'm going to head to class to. " Jake walked away and I was left with Elton. He punched my eye and I could already feel the black eye forming. He the pushed my into the lockers and I fell to the ground with a loud thud. No one was in the hallways to save me. He grabs my collar and pulls me into the bathroom. He shoves me into a wall and walks away. I was in so much pain.

I walk up to the mirror to see my eye is slightly swollen but not yet bruised. There are red Mark's every where from when he was hitting and kicking me. I wash up and grab my backpack, quickly running to class. Of course Elton had to have the same class.

"You're late Mr Scherer." Mrs. B said as I walked into class. "Since both you and Mr Castee were late, you will be working on the project together."

"No we won't." Elton said getting up and slamming his hands on the desk.

"Yes you will or you both fail my class. Now Mr. Scherer, go sit next to Mr. Castee." I walk over and sit next to him. He looked away and I put my face on my hand.

"Now the project is taking care of a baby. You each need to write a report on what you guys did ever week and turn in the report every friday." She explained. She then handed us a doll that can do everything a baby can, except move.

"I'll take the baby first and we'll switch every week, so we don't have to work together." He said then took the baby.

"Alright. And heres my number if you ever need help. As soon as this project is over though, delete it." I said sternly. He simply nodded and we separated ways to out next classes.

*Time skip to after school*

I didn't see Elton for the rest of the day luckily. I got home and said hi to everyone.  I went up to my room to do homework, starting with anything but math.

I did my science and writing homework, all I have left is math. I looked at the page and got so confused. I couldn't solve any. I got a call from an unknown number and didn't answer it, thinking it was just a spam call. The same number called again so I finally answered.

"Hello?" I spoke.

"Corey, it's Elton. I wasn't planning on calling you but I really need your help right now. The baby won't stop crying and I have tried everything. Meet me at *** Park. After this we can go our separate ways for forever hopefully."

"Omg fine but I have a favor to ask in return. You're good at math right?"

"Yeah, why do you ask?"

"Homework. I need help with it."

"Fine, be at the park in 10." We both hung up and I put my homework in my bag. I start walking, since it's only a 7 minute walk, and saw Elton with a crying baby doll. I walk up to him and grab the baby out of his hands.

I start straddling the baby, singing, "Hush little baby, don't say a word. Mama's gonna buy you a mocking bird. And if that mocking bird don't sing, mama's gonna buy you a diamond ring." By bow the baby is asleep.

"Wow, you're really good with kids. You'd be a great dad." I look away and blush. "Oh right, your homework."

We sit down at the table and I take out my homework. It wasn't that much, only 12 questions, but I did not pay attention at all during the class. He helped explain it and I actually got it, solving about half by myself. We were about to get up and leave, when the baby woke up and started crying again. We sat back down and I sang, which wasnt working so I fed him. He soon fell alseep.

"We are going to have to keep him for awhile, what should we name him?"

"How about... Olive?"

"Sure." We decided to stay a little longer just in case the baby woke up. I got to know more about him and his life. He has a great life, but one question is wrapping around my mind.

"Ans that's why uts my fav-"

"Why do you hate me?"

"I- I don't hate you." This took me by surprise.

"Then why do you always beat me up in school and then purposefully avoid me?"

"It's.. well its because...  I don't hate you? I don't know how to word this but.. I fell in love with you Corey Scherer. I didn't know how to show it, and with you being straight and all, I knee you wouldn't like me back."

"Well you're wrong."

"What?"

"I love you too, I have for awhile. Ut broke my heart everytime you hurt me because I though I had no chance with you. I thought you hate me.."

He leaned over and grabbed me cheek, looking at me for consent. I nod my head and close my eyes, and out lips connect. It was magical, almost like a fairy tale. We pull away for breath and smile.

"Will you be my boyfriend and the dad for my kid?"

"Yes I will." And with that, we were together. Years later we got married and adopted a real kid named Olive and his twin sister, Olivia.
