Kageyama had decided to invite you over to his place, you told him your apartment was closer but he insisted that you'd go over to his place. You agreed, seeing as you had nothing better to do.
As he guided you towards his home you noticed you were going to a much more upscale area. This reminded you of the two gentlemen who entered your store and said they knew Kageyama.
"Hey Kageyama," he hummed in response not correcting you for using his last name, making you kinda sad. "Yesterday I had some gentlemen come into the store, they said they knew you. I believe they said there names were-"
You had bumped into his back he had stopped in his walking. "Did one of them have brown hair?" You looked at him," That's an odd question to ask," you said confused. "Answer the question." His tone was serious.
"N-no, they both had black hair..." He continued walking. The walk to his apartment was silent.

"You have a nice home Kageyama," he hummed in response. 'How did he go from so talkative to so cold? ' You looked down to the ground with a frown on your face.
"I have a hotpot..." You looked up startled. "If you wanna make it we can." He rubbed the nape of his neck as he looked around the room awkwardly. You smiled. "Yeah, I would like that." He returned your smile with an eggar nod.
As he heated the pre-made hotpot you headed towards the kitchen to look for something to eat. As you opened the fridge you were treated with a horrid smell.
"Are you on a diet or something, Kageyama? You only have raw meat, milk, and some weird juice in here." He quickly closed the fridge. "Y-yeah, I'm on this protein-based diet. I'm uh.. bulking up."
You gave him a weird looked before shrugging your shoulders and heading towards the kotatsu. There you saw the hot pot broth boiling. "Fwahhh, it looks so good Kageyama!" He entered from the kitchen and sat down under the kotatsu with you.
"Well how good can a pre-bought hot pot be." You giggled, but seeing as he was being serious he looked at you weirdly. You both grabbed your large chopsticks and began boiling your vegetables. To avoid any awkward silence Kageyama turned on the news.
"Thank you for joining us here folks, there's only a few more days before our winter parade! I know, I'm excited how about you Mitsuki."
You began to tune out the news and began to focus on your boiling cabbage and mushrooms. "Kageyama, can I get something to drink?" You looked up to see him drinking a cup of milk.
"Do you ever drink anything but milk?" You joked. He shook his head no as he stood up. "I'll go get you something to drink."
"Ahhh, thank you, Kageyama." He slid on his coat and shoes before he left. As you sat there watching intently to make sure his vegetables didn't overcook, you heard something weird on the news.
"Well I am excited about the parade, I'm just worried about those killings that have been happening recently." The others all nodded in agreement. "The public has called these killings "Vampire Killings", reportedly the victims have all had bite marks, with fanglike puncture wounds. And on top of that, they all had died of blood loss."
You froze, ingesting the news slowly. "Yeah, I heard they recently found a body near the shopping district, I believe by a flower shop."
Your heart sank. They were talking about your, flower shop. Your suspicions had been right. Someone had been in your shop.
You stood up deciding to head to the balcony to catch a breather. You didn't care how cold it was you wanted to stay there for as long as possible. But the sound of water overflowing caught your attention.
You rushed over to the hot pot and quickly took out his vegetables, they were slightly overcooked. You sighed, grabbing a towel to clean up the mess. As you sat back down you changed the channel.
As you began fixing your bowl of rice and dishes of sauce the door opened. Kageyama held a bag marked, '7/11'. You smiled as he handed you a bottle of F/D. "How'd you know I liked this?"
"Because every time I went to your store you were drinking it." He shrugged off his coat and sat down with you. "Oh thank you for cooking my vegetables." You nodded your head as you placed your beef and shrimp into the broth.
Kageyama watched the odd game show you had turned to while you ate. "Kageyama, your food will get cold if you don't eat it soon." He continued to stare at the T.V entranced, while he ate. You found it cute, making you smile.
But once the two of you had finished the hot pot and had got done catching up, it was time for you to go home. You were terrified to go home on your own especially after what you had heard on the news.
There was even a speech from the chief of police, saying that it would be best for women not to walk home on their own seeing as they are the killer's main target.
As you hesitantly put on your coat and shoes, "Well tonight was really fun, remember to call me." You walked over to the door, but before you could open it Kageyama spoke.
"Let me walk you home." As he stood up he seemed off, he looked tired. Then the sound of a thud startled you.
Kageyama had passed out right in front of you.
