We meet again

𝑫𝒂𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒊'𝒔 𝑷𝑶𝑽:

"Daichi? Can I get my order done?" Said Suga trying to break the silence for a bit.
I replied with a slight nod.
"May I get a donut and a coffee please?" Asked Suga.

"The order will be right up sir, could you be kind and just find a table to sit with?" I pointed out into the shop, no one was here because we had just opened.

Suga replied with a slight nod like I had done before.

I quickly got out the donuts and glazed it with some milk chocolate icing, and some toppings. I afterwards made his coffee, I made it just like he liked it back in college.

When I got done with the order I went into the empty shop once again and sat down his order in front of him.

He quickly looked away from his phone, looked at his food and coffee, when turned to me and smiled softly.

I couldn't help me blush a little bit. I turned my head so he wouldn't see me blushing. He got confused, and slightly turned his head to the side trying to figure out why I was hiding my head so much.

I think he got the hint after some time. Though I'm not sure. He definitely just looked down at his food and coffee. I think I saw his ears get a bit.. pink? Why did he suddenly begin to blush? I thought.

Oh well. It's not like it's any of my business anyway. Sadly.

"Hey Daichi?" Suga said I think trying to get me away from my thoughts.
"Yes Suga?" I replied.

Suga began to become a bit red on the cheek so but it was almost not possible to see it. "Do you maybe wanna hang out this weekend? I wanna know what life has been to you since we parted ways" Suga said with a soft and light smile on his face.

I was kinda shocked that he wanted to know what I had been up to these past years.
"Yea sure. What time do you want me to come when? And where are we gonna meet up?" I replied with a soft smile back.
Sugas face light up.

"How about we meet at the park at 12 pm?" Suga said with a big grin on his face. I could tell he really did wanna catch up with me.
I replied with a nod.

I walked into the back of the shop and almost immediately fell to the ground of bare embarrassment. It gave a loud "thud" sound. At that moment one of my coworkers had just entered the shop. It was Nishinoya Yuu. One of the teammates I had on the volleyball team when I was in high school.

He has only just started working here, and he sure is a trouble maker just like in high school.
But he ran over to me and helped me up, he noticed my face all red and Suga out in the shop staring at the back door. He knew what was going on by just one glaze.
"Are you okay boss?" He asked.

I got up fully and answered "Yes I am. Thank you for the help Nishinoya."
He smiled big at me giving me a thumbs up.
