It took about a week or so for Erin to actually say the word werewolf and it was still unreal. Paige answered as many questions as he could about the entire thing but there were some things he just wasn't allowed to speak about. The Pack was one of them and Erin was okay with that. He didn't really want to know more than he did at the moment. He was content with having the answers to the questions he'd collected over the past weeks.

Erin's relationship with his father was still pretty rocky but having is mother and Arissa there helped a bit.

As for Paige and Erin's relationship it was clear that something was happening there, the entire town of Erie Falls knew it but neither of them would said anything, just smile and change the topic.

When Erin was well enough to go back to school there were many people glad to see him, many more than he thought would even miss him. He suspected it was the whole pack thing he wasn't supposed to know about. He doesn't ask, they don't tell and it's fine. Ace doesn't give him as much grief but when he does Paige is always there. Guess some things don't change.

Erin himself was the biggest change. He still had the occasional nightmare but he hadn't had a panic attack in months, he wasn't jumpy, and even though his back was still healing he, typically,  was able to go almost the whole day with no pain. The entire event changed Erin from a quiet door mouse to someone much more willing to participate. Many think that influence was actually Paige and they wouldn't be wrong in some capacity. On occasional bad days, due to him being a little more open, he was surrounded by friends that supported him. Friends that went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable. and who spoke to him-- not because they are obligated but because they think he is great. Erin couldn't have asked for a better place to currently be in even though he went through hell to get there. He might even have thought he would do it again if the results yielded the same.
