The Dragon Atlar's recruits were sent to Scarlet City by the emperor to train under the Shadow region's kaiser for a few weeks. During their stay, the fighter's were given the oppurtunity to look around the city streets and do as they please.

Wanwan was actually intrigued and didn't hesitate to take the chance to walk around the Scarlet streets in spite of living in Malingshu for her entire life, so she put on her yellow striped jacket and her watch before sliding in her boots then proceeded to head out to the slightly chilly weather.

She glanced around the streets, admiring the sakura trees around her, despite the streets' apealling nature, she was disinterested with most of the unfamilliar items displayed in the stores, but finally she bought a steep-priced rope purse to piss Baxia off, because earlier he told the fighters to leave some money remaining in their allowance in spite of the emperor telling him, that he would ask Baxia for a decent amount of the excursion budget but after they had returned, the emperor forgot to do so.

And she also bought the purse to carry the things she thought she would buy, which she did. After exiting the store, Wanwan put her purse's rope over one of her shoulders and wore it, afterwards she continued to stroll down the Scarlet streets, glancing at the stores expecting to find something that would interest her. She stopped when she saw a bubble tea store, she had never seen bubble tea back in the temple but she wasn't stupid enough to not know that it was a drink, in spite of her thirst, she bought herself one and tasted it, she was slightly surprised at how good it was and she would try it once she had another chance.

Wanwan continued to walk around the city and visited some of the stores here and there, buying herself a few things. She bought some japanese candies and an idle necklace which the chains connected to a orange-tinted iron bead.

Some time passed by and the sky was getting dark, Wanwan decided to enter one last store before she headed to the arcade and tire herself until she her petite frame give in, causing her to finally be able to sleep due to her mild insomnia.

She entered the makeup store took a few steps scanning the aisle, a few minutes passed, until she finally decided she didn't have any interest towards the products inside, she then was about to make her way to the exit when she suddenly bumped into a tall figure wearing a plain black shirt with halve-split short ivory white hair, Wanwan tilted her head upwards and realized that it was Ling,

Ling was the only pure assasin amongst the fighters, and he was known for his potential in swordfighting and his ability to jump over platforms and buildings, but the thing about him that Wanwan took notice of the most was his stern personality and his harsh way of assaulting people that tried to harrass or disrespect him, so Wanwan thought that she was done for.

But Ling surprisingly asked her a concerned question which Wanwan responded, formulating a conversation

"Anyway, aren't you heading somewhere after this? There's an arcade around here, you could waste your time there instead of tossing and turning in bed from your insomnia."

Wanwan was shook towards Ling's suggestion regarding her insomnia so she asked,

"How did you know.. about-"

"Every night a wake up hearing your fat ass opening the hallway door everytime, and one day i got curious to what you were doing so I looked outside the window and saw you doing sit ups on the temple's backyard, so I figured you had insomnia."

"Sorry.. haha"

"You should buy this, usually girls buy these kinds of things, it's a good brand too."

"Oh.. uh thanks."

Wanwan accepted Ling's proposal and took the container.

"You go ahead and make your purchase, I'm gonna head back to the palace."
