Chapter 8

Hayes POV

At the show jack asked Maggie to be his girlfriend and I wish I could do that with Emily but I don't know how.

We got to the hotel and chilled in our rooms when we decided to go to the beach so we all got dressed and went.

Maggie's POV

"Hey do you want to go to the beach" I asked emily even after what happened today I want to make her happy.

"Sure"

"Are you sure"

"Yeah" she said just staring at the wall

"Ok let's get ready" I said and we got into our bathing suits

We got our bathing suits on I had a green one and Emily had a black one that was really pretty on her.

Emily's POV

We went back to the Hotel and maggie wanted to go swimming so we decided to go.

Maggie had a green bathing suit she looked perfect in and I had a black one I guess I looked ok but maggie told me I had to get it.

It was about 8:45pm and dark and we loved going to the beach when it's dark and it was really warm so it was perfect.

Sometimes I like to look out into the ocean and think, just think about everything like where did I go wrong, why does everyone hate me, or why am I still here.

Maggie and I finally got done getting out patching suits on and went down to the lobby.

We walked outside where the hotels pool was and walked down the steps you go down to get to the beach.

"It's really warm out here" maggie said

"Yeah it's peaceful" I said calmly trying to forget about today but I couldn't.

I brought a bandage for it when we finish swimming too

We got down to the beach and no one was there so we had it to our selves and when I'm with maggie I forget everything she's one of those best friends that always makes you feel better no matter what.

We played a bunch of games like tag, volleyball, soccer, and practiced cheer stunts

We went in the water and swam then got out boogie boards and went out there.

I got salt water in my mouth and thought I was going to puke!

We got out and just talked and ate grapes for a little until she asked me a question.

"Emily why did you cut yourself"

"I don't know I guess I just deserve it"

"No you don't Emily your beautiful and skinny and perfect"

"No I'm not" I said almost crying

Maggie got up and hugged me, she knew I hurt and I love how I have a best friend like her to care for me.

I looked on my phone and it was 11:15 so we decided to just go to the pool and hot tub at the hotel so we grabbed our stuff and walked back to the pool.

We got up to the hotel when I saw someone I thought I would never see.

This is the beach part I guess and the next chapter will be the indoor pool at the hotel. I can't wait to write the next couple chapters I have really good ideas and sorry I haven't updated in 5ever but Thx for reading!
