Chapter 2

Emily's POV:

Maggie and I finally got to school and went inside and found our group. We are part of the 'popular' group but to be honest I'm friends with pretty much everyone though. As I walked into school I was nervous like always I know I haven't mentioned this but I'm not normal I'm not the happy girl everyone thinks I am. I have anxiety, severe depression, and anorexia. I feel so uncomfortable around people because I feel so ugly and fat which I am. I cry myself to sleep pretty much every night and hate myself. People think I have a good life when in reality I feel like I'm not even living. Sometimes I just want to be happy again but at the same time I don't because I'm so used to it and im scared. My mom and dad have no idea I'm like this no one does and it's hard because I feel so alone. Anyway we chat with our group until we hear the bell and go to our first period class which is science for Maggie and I. "Class today we are learning about dominated and non-dominated traits that means we are learning how to determine what color hair or eyes your children will have or why u have the color hair you have" said Mr.Stevens as the class groaned "you may work in partners but chose your partners wisely" "yay" replied the class. Since Maggie and I were in the class together we decidedly be partners. The paper was really easy so we finished with 20 minutes to talk and do random stuff like that.
"Omg guess what" Maggie said
"What"
"Magcon is coming to New Jersey this week end"
"Really!"
"Yeah!"
"Omg we need to get tickets for a show and meet and greet"
"I know right we should ask"
"Ok but class ends in 2 minutes so bye see u at lunch"
"Bye see ya"

*Ring **Ring*
"Class there's no homework but u have test Thursday" the teacher said as the students rushed out of the classroom. Next I have reading then math and Maggie has it switched which sucks balls. In reading nothing really happened because we had a substitute so we just watched a movie. I'm in math and we have a test which is boring af😩. "Nick pass out the math test please" Mrs.greenwall said handing nick the test to hand out. I got my test and got right to work, the test was surprisingly really easy and I finish so I just played on my phone until the bell rang.

*Ring **Ring*
(Time skip)

I had gym and art after math and now it's lunch so I went to my locker to put my books away when Maggie comes running up to me.
"OMG GUESS WHAT" Maggie said excitedly
"What"
"Well I talk to my mom about magcon being in New Jersey this weekend and she talk to your mom about it and"
"And what" I said a little more excited
"WE'RE GOING TO MAGCON"
"OMG YAY" just then my phone starts to ring.

Maggie's POV:

It was 3rd period and we had a substitute so we were just watching a movie and I got bored so I decided to text my mom about magcon being in New Jersey.

Me: hey mom I have a question

Mom😘: what is it

Me: well u know how Emily and I love magcon

Mom😘: yeah and

Me: well they're going to be in New Jersey this weekend and Emily and I REALLY want to go to a show and meet and greet

Mom😘: where r we going to stay

Me: at a hotel 😁

Mom😘: well I'll talk to Michele and see

Me: ok txt back ASAP
(12 minutes later)

Mom😘: ok we talked and u guys can go so on Friday we r going down there and u r getting out of school early

Me: ok what hotel

Mom😘: I'm not sure the name but it's a very beautiful hotel and it has a pool and hot tub, spa, teen area, and game room

Me: omg thank uuuuuuu
After that the class ended and I ran out the door to Emily's locker to tell her about magcon.

Emily's POV

I got off the phone and it was just my mom telling me about how we are going to magcon and we are staying at a hotel and only my sister is going to my dads this weekend yay!!! "We should probably get to lunch now" "yeah good idea" we went to lunch and I didn't eat anything like normal and we went through the rest of the day.

*Ring **Ring*

The last bell rang as I walked to my locker from Spanish class, grabbed my stuff and walked to the front doors of the school to wait for Maggie.
About 3 minutes later Tyler Maggie's boyfriend and one of my close guy friends came down and waited with me and we changed for a while until Maggie finally came down. "Hey maggie"
"Hey Tyler" they chatted until we got on our bus and got to our bus stop "bye babe" "bye text me later" they said to each other as Maggie and I got off the bus.
