"Halt, state your buisness on coming to konohagakure." Said one of the gate guards Izumo.
"Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga coming back from a 5 year S-rank mission." Stated Naruto while lowering his to show his angular face, his golden blond hair and six whisker marks, 3 on each cheak. "We wish to see the hokage."
"Ok, Hokage-sama told us to expect you sometime this month. We will call a group of ANBU to show you the way to the Hokage office." Stated Kotetsu.
"No need, We know the way there." Replied Naruto.
Then he disappeared in a yellow flash with Hinata doing the same just in a purple flash.
Hokage office
Hiruzen was currently in his office fighting off a kage's worst enemy: paperwork.
Suddenly two flashes appear out of nowhere. One yellow and the other purple.
Once the light went down he looked up to see none other than his surrogate grand son and the hyuga heiress standing in front of him with their cloaks off since the didn't need them anymore.
"Helli jiji, missed me?" Greeted Naruto in a happy tone.
Hiruzen the walked up to Naruto and hugged him. As he missed his surrogate grand son. And Naruto hugged him back.
After letting go of Naruto he looks at him up and down. And is impressed with Naruto's chane in appearence.

"My, you have definitely grown up. You don't even wear orange anymore." Said Hiruzen
"Well I noticed that orange is not really a good color for a ninja as it stands out a lot since its a very bright color." Explained Naruto while grining sheepishly and scratching the back of his head.
The Hiruzen turns to Hinata and sees the she has changed a lot as well amd she is hilding hands with naruto

"Wow Hinata you've grown up as well." Commented Hiruzen.
"Thank you Hokage-sama." Replied Hinata.
"Well you tomorrow you two lovebirds are going to take the academy genin test." Said the Hokage. The two young teens blushed a bit at being called lovebirds wich made Hiruzen chuckle a bit"Ahh love at a young age." Thought Hiruzen.
"Well thank you jiji. By the way can I get the keys to the namikaze compound and can Hinata live with me?" Asked Naruto.
"Well here are the keys. But Hinata living with you, you will have to discuss that Hiashi." Replied Hiruzen.
"Ok, thank you Jiji." Said Naruto.
And then he and Hinata went to the hyuga compound.
The hyuga compound
After a short family reunion. Naruto and Hinata asked Hiashi, the hyuga leader and the father of hinata, if she can live with Naruto ant the namikaze compound.
After some thinking Hiashi reluctenly agreed but not after threatening Naruto that if anything should happen to Hinata, he would have Naruto's head. And that after Hinata leaves Hanabi will become the heiress. Wich Hinata didn't disagree since she wanted her little sister to be the heiress and future leader of the hyuga clan.
And after Hinata packed her stuff, they went to the Namikaza-Uzumaki compound. Wich was a two story chinese style mansion with a front yard that had a coy pond on the edge of it. An onsen for relaxation and a huge trainig ground in the back yard.
Inside looked like it was still brand new thanks to the seals Minato had put in.
It had 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 giant living rooms.
Naruto and Hinata ofcourse took the master bedroom wich used to belong to Minato and Kushina, Naruto's parents.
