" All the boys and the girls they like Ginny don't why though " is what she said. Pansy the jealous bitch she the Slytherin gossip basically. Everybody hates her even her own house. Her life is so boring she has to pry on others. No wonder Draco doesn't want to date her. I know they snog all the time but Draco still refuses to date her. I don't blame him even if he is a little pussy. Enough of the gossip in already overloaded on work. Hermione has helped me with some of it because she already took my classes. I got most of my work done so I'm ready for the party tonight.
Slumping off my bed it already feels like I've been here forever when it's been two days. I guess I should go ahead and get ready I have to find Hermione first though. As I walk down I see the common room empty but then the wall starts to move revealing Luna Lovegood. Who would have thought? She's in a periwinkle dress with her hair straightened with a broad and blue silver eyeshadow pulling it all together.

" Luna?" She looks up at me smiling. I walk down to see her
" I guess I'm a bit early?" She looks around the empty common room
" for the party?"
" yes I heard some girls talking about it so I decided to come. I love parties" she walks off to go sit beside the fireplace. I follow her
" your dress is gorgeous" she turns around
" where's yours?"
" I haven't gotten ready yet I was going to go find Hermione "
" well I can help you get ready if you like.. your hair is lovely by the way I've always wanted red hair" she takes a piece of my hair and twirls it around her finger. Her standing this close to me I can smell her perfume, it smells like peaches, cranberries, and the forbidden forest after a cool rain. She smells like heaven to me. A feeling of excitement rushes through me. She likes my hair.
" I would love that I'll show you my dorm" I grab her hand and my heart beats twice as much as normal. I knew it was against the rules to bring others into the common room and even worst to bring them into our dorm. It's a bad idea but it feels like a good one even if I'm breaking the rules.
" so what are you going to wear?" She looks around my room for the wardrobe
" I was just thinking about some leggings and maybe a fancy shirt? I don't want to be overdressed "
" I always go to be overdressed you never know who's going to be there" she walks up to the wardrobe and pulls out a black simple dress and a cream white cardigan.

" This would be pretty what do you think?"
" that's Demelza's but I don't think she will mind me borrowing" Demelza is one of the people I share a dorm with, we are pretty close even if we don't hang out all the time. I take it and go change with the bathroom door creaked open. As I'm changing I look back to see if Lunas looking at me but she's just sitting on my bed look through something. I walk out twirling around
" what do you think?" Luna gets up from my bed and starts smiling
" you look exquisite can I do your hair?"
" uh yes" I walk back into the bathroom and sit on the stool and Luna starts to play with my hair in the mirror
" do you like your hair curled or straighten? Maybe crimped?"
" I don't usually do anything to it but we can try to curl it " I pull out the curling iron from the drawer and she starts curling my hair. I watch her in my mirror and she asks me about my day. We laugh and talk until she finishes.
" Thanks, Luna I look great because of you"
" you already looked stunning I just added a little bedazzle" I giggle at her comment. She thinks I'm stunning. Then I hear somebody running up and slamming the door open.
" Ginny Bloody hell you won't believe what just-" Demelza turns to see me and Luna standing there.
" Looks like you two have some things you want to talk about I'll get going" Luna picks up her purse and goes to head out the door. I'm about to tell Luna she can stay but Demelzas piercing Glare stops me.
" Bye, Luna! Thanks again" I add as she leaves
" Want to explain to me why Looney Lesbain was up in our common room with you?" She crosses her arms still glaring
" there's to explain we're friends"
" is that my dress? And my cardigan!!" I go sit on the bed
" yes Doesn't it look great on me?"
" it does but that's not the point the point is that you being friends being friends with her is a problem."
" why would it be a problem? There's nothing wrong with her"

" Gladly anyway GUESS WHAT DEAN SAID " I feel bad Demelza told me she fancies Dean. I wouldn't have done what I did on the train if I knew. She told me once we found our dorms. I feel horrible but you can't change the past.
" what did he say?" I raise my eyebrow and she comes to sit next to me.
" I heard from Parvarti that he said he's going to " make a move" tonight. I hope it's me " she lays down on the bed looking up.
" I'm sure it will be" I assure her but I know it's not going to be her. I hope it is but I know it's not. It's me and I don't even know how to feel about him.
Then we hear smells like teen spirit start Blasting from downstairs.
