HELP!!!

I need help. Like right now!! So, I set up some wards in my room to negative entities out. But I had trapped one inside the wards. So I tried to channel my higher self(who knows how to transmute negative entities). But it went wrong.

The entity entered my body through my hand chakras. Now it's in my heart center. I feel very sick and very weird. Before this I asked why they didn't want to try. They didn't because they were scared something bad was going to happen to me. And it did happen.

Please help. I don't what to do. I don't feel well at all.

Edit: I think the entity is trying to fuse with my right arm. I can literally feel the entity trying to merge with my right arms energy and fibers. And I don't know how to stop it.
