With great joy I present you to the continent of Embrere, a place where legends and creatures walk the earth and inhabit the days and nights, not only the popular imagination.
This is a story that I have been developing for a long, long, long time, including its characters. Its first version was completed in the old years of 2011-2012, but, still immature in writing, I was not satisfied. Since then, I have studied literature, mythologies, legends, the Middle Ages, history, philosophy, psychology and many other things in order to write satisfactorily. This is not only a story where the fantastic reigns, what I want, often expressed through the metaphor of the fantastic, is to seek the truly human dramas, that's why my concern with knowledge before writing it. Still, fans of fantasy and adventure will be happy with the adventures described here, permeated by battles, wars, dark creatures, romances, legends and mythologies.With all this, I must say that the story is not yet finished, it has been through a slow process of rewriting. Nevertheless, after finishing the prologue and the first chapter, I had this eagerness to post some parts again. So, with a certain frequency, I will be updating here as I write and finalize a few more chapters.
The title of the story and the synopsis are provisional, I'm not exactly satisfied with them, but at the moment I have nothing better to add (truth be told, it's very difficult to summarize a story in a few words or in the title. I particulary am terrible at it).
