"Why are you telling me this? You're talking like you gonna die or something."

Y/n POV

I woke up in a hospital bed. I look and see my Mom and Mirio sitting beside the bed.

Mirio: You're awake!

You gave him a disgusted look. A look of pure disappointment. A look of sadness and anger.

Mirio: I'm so sorry. I'm so so sorry.

My mom looked over at us in confusion.

Mom: Who is this? I would've asked him while you were alseep but he kept crying.

Mirio: Oh! I'm her boyfriend!

Y/n: Ex Boyfriend!

Mirio: Please don't do this to me y/n. Please forgive me. I truly do love you. I want to marry you! I want to have kids with you and grow old with you!

Tears threatened to spill from his eyes. I love him too but can I really forgive him?

Y/n: Can we not right now.

The doctor then walks in.

Doctor: Ok Mrs. L/n here are her results. She will be on multiple medications.She has a broken arm and a couple of broken ribs. She got lucky her stab wound was inches away from her heart.

Suddenly it was getting hard to breath. I desperately gasped for air. I heard the heart monitor start to beep faster and faster.

Doctor: I NEED YOU TWO TO GET OUT OF HERE.

I heard my mom yell a scream of terror.

"Mom" I whispered she couldn't hear me. The world was turning black. I feel cold. Really cold. I felt them put a oxygen mask on me. I fainted.

Third Person POV

You woke up with an oxygen mask on. You were worse than you were before. The doctors had found out that one of your lungs had been punctured and they had to do immediate surgery. The doctor told you, you couldn't survive much longer without the surgery and would have a week at most but the surgery was also a risk. Being you had 20% chance of you surviving the surgery. Your mom decided you would get the surgery.

You were nervous about the surgery you look over to see your Mom and Mirio.

Y/n: I love you mom.

Your mom and Mirio were crying.

Mom: Why are you telling me this? You're talking like you gonna die or something.

Y/n: I love you too Mirio.

Mirio: I love you y/n. I love you so much. I can never forgive myself for what I did. I love you more than anything else and the world. So please be strong and fight on. The y/n I know is a caring person who never gives up and will be the best hero. But how will you fight for others if you don't fight for yourself. So survive! Survive for your love-ones and yourself.

You tried to reach for your mom but failed to.

Your mom kissed you on the cheek and Mirio kissed you on the head before leaving. Your doctors came and then it went black.

After surgery you felt better. You were still in pain but not as much. Some doctors had healing quirks which helped you. You would be in the doctor for a couple of months. Your mom had told you that Sir Nighteye was okay and that his agency was currently under reconstruction. Though you wanted to hold a grudge you forgave Mirio as he proclaimed his undying love for you and how he wanted to marry you. To you it kinda sounded like a proposal but you didn't ask. Even if it was you weren't gonna accept you were too young. Get married at 18 wasn't in your life plan.
