This letter is a bit of a silly way to say my goodbyes. I don't even know how to start and honestly, I'm sorry for wasting so much paper as I've written so many letters only for them to be thrown away because I wasn't happy.
So this is the final draft.
I want to thank you, Scott. You've done a lot for me, especially Melissa. You both let me, a total stranger, come into your homes. I stayed here for days, your friends gave me clothes and new memories. I loved every single bit of it and I'll be forever grateful for you and your friends.
But unfortunately, this has to come to an end.
I somehow woke up in Beacon Hills after so many decades with no clue on what I'm supposed to be doing nor what my tasks were. But all this time, all I had to do was create friends and have fun before the real challenges needed to start. My brothers eventually found me, I'm still not exactly sure how... but they're taking me back home.
This is actually a good thing as I'll be able to learn how to use my powers properly! I'll even be able to get some of the memories that I've lost.... not to mention meet the rest of my family.
When I get to New Orleans, I've set a task for myself and that's to finish what I started.
I need to find whoever is looking for me, I need to end whatever war that is being held between me and my family. Whoever is looking for me, wants something.
And I'm pretty sure that something is killing me.
Lovely, right?
Anyways, I couldn't set this burden on you guys. You still have so much ahead of you all and it isn't right for me to drag you guys down while I have a hunter on my back.
Though stay strong for me, okay? You may not feel it yet but you're already an alpha. You don't need Derek, you don't need Peter... you just need you and your pack. You're the strongest pack I've met (really only the only pack too, but hey - let's not ruin the moment).
I'm not sure if I'll return but by the time I finish my training and do what I need to, maybe a few years would have already passed and you and Allison can have a family. Maybe I might visit then! Heck, I can already imagine the cute children you guys can have. Is that silly of me? Who the hell bloody knows. Not me, that's for sure.
