The Return

Bardo Time Everybody!|Part 2

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that there is a lot of dialogue in this chapter. I wanted to make it more interactive and fun and see how the characters react together a bit more. Also not me taking a month to upload a new chapter💀

Location: The Bunker

POV: Murphy

"I am really not looking forward to this." He said as he looked up at the dirty generator room that hadn't been touched in 120+ years.

This room was more dirty than all the others. Sure the other rooms had a lot of dust and a few cobwebs here and there but this one was just 1000 times worse.

The windows were so moldy and mildewy that he couldn't even see in. The only places in the windows that he could see in... all he saw was cobwebs and black mold all across the walls and ceiling.

"Are you sure it's safe for me to go in there?" Murphy asked with a disgusting look across his face.

"Nope." Raven said with a smile.

Clarke punched Raven in the arm.

"Ow Griff!!! What was that for?!?!"

Clarke didn't say anything to Raven she just glared at her before turning to Murphy.

"Ignore her, you're going to be fine." Clarke said.

"I mean yeah Murph Murph, as long as you don't inhale any of that black mold in there... I give you a 30% chance." Raven said with a smug look on her face.

Both Clarke and Octavia glared at Raven now.

"Thanks for the encouragement Reyes." Murphy replied sarcastically.

"Sure thing" Raven said with a nod.

"Okay so walk me through what I have to do." Murphy asked with a giant empty container in his hands.

"Alright so you'll walk in and go to the generator. It's easy to find it's giant... even you could find it." Raven said sarcastically

Murphy rolled his eyes.

Indra walked to them with a hazmat suit in hand.

"Here Murphy wear this." Indra said throwing the hazmat suit at Murphy.

Murphy looked down at the hazmat suit in his hands.

"Great this is not concerning at all." Murphy said sarcastically.

A few minutes went by and Murphy walked out in his bright orange hazmat suit.

Raven saw him and instantly laughed.

"HAAAAA!!! You look so dumb right now!"

"Shut up Reyes" Murphy said as he glared at her.

"Okay can we start please?" Clarke said pointing at the container that will be used to hold the fuel.

"Right right yeah." Murphy said trying not to sound scared.

Octavia handed Murphy the gas can.
"Here Murphy"

"Thanks" Murphy says as he takes the can from Octavia.

"Alright this is it I guess." Murphy says as he walks towards the generator room.

Murphy pulls open the door and quickly steps in the room as to not get any of the others sick.

The others had to be at least 50 ft away from the door so they wouldn't get sick if any of the spores from the mold came into the main hall.
