My eyes are scanning through the airport, it has been a while since I have been here. Seoul.
'Okay, I need a break too', I said for myself as I arrived at the baggage claim. I grab my phone from my coat pocket, it is fall in Seoul and I feel this coat weigh slightly heavier with my phone inside it.
Turning it on, in a few minutes I saw so many messages are coming in, I check them one by one while glancing whether my luggages are arrived.
20 minutes passed by, I picked up my luggage and go straight to the exit. My eyes are looking for the person my company sent to pick me up and I found him.
"Welcome back to Seoul, Miss. Nice to meet you. I am Park Jeong Woo, I will be your assistant for your stay in Seoul", a tall, 30ish young man greeted me with a bright smile, his glasses are so defined making me thinking he is a bookworm, my judgemental side is coming through.
I bowed, "Nice to meet you too Jeong Woo. I am Y/N, thank you for picking me up. Can you take us to the nearest convinient store before heading to our stay?"
"Sure Miss. This way", Jeong Woo gestures the way we suppose to take.
We arrived at the convenient store and I picked up some ramyun, soju, beer, sausages, anything I could grab for my snacks, I got hungry pretty easily.
"Sorry Miss, we have those already at your stay, we already packed some for you," he said with a smile
I glance at my basket, contemplating wether I should put it down again or just go straight to the cashier, "Don't worry Jeong Woo, my tummy can fit all those. Or do you want something? Here here have some ramyun too", I throw some extra ramyun to my basket
Jeong Woo laughes at my actions and said "as you please. Ramyun will be great. Thank you"
"Jeong Woo, are you here like guiding me? Because that is totally not neccesarry. I can manage", I look outside the window while munching Onion Ring snacks
"The company asks me to assist you, as your reminder for your meeting schedule while you are in Seoul, then my job is done. You can do whatever you want. No big deal", he peeks me through the rear window and I caught his eyes.
I nod in agreement and re-checking my schedules for tomorrow, "Okay, in my calendar I have a meeting with the board of Pure Beauty at 9a.m, wow that is pretty early, then I have nothing? I guess I am not that busy"
"Yes, you are right. I will bring you lunch tomorrow after meeting, it should not be surpass the lunch time. Then, do you have something in mind you would like to do? I could take you with this car"
Checking my messages once more and apparently I have a tattoo appointment with this tatto artist tomorrow at 2pm, I almost forgot about that.
"I almost forgot, I have an appointment tomorrow at 2pm, I guess I will go straight to the place after the meeting, maybe you can help drop me off there?"
"Alright Miss, don't worry", Jeong Woo continues to drive us
In 20 minutes time we arrive at my stay, it is rented company's apartment in Hannam-Dong.
"Do you know that the BTS members live around the area? In case you are fan girling", Jeong Woo makes a joke
I laughed, "How do you know if I am a fan? Good, I can ask them for food, they must have a lot, since they are 7 people in the house"
"I was just guessing, I think they live at the Hannam Hill, I don't know for sure, at least 5 minutes walk from here", Jeong Woo take a look around while carrying my luggages
"Jeong Woo, I guess you are the one who fanboys over them", I grab the apartment keys that Jeong Woo gives to me
He chuckles and follows me up to in front of the apartment door while explaining about the emergency calls and so forth.
He opens the door for me, "Okay then, I guess you are well informed. I will pick you up tomorrow at 8a.m, I could give you a morning call if you like. And if you need help, just call me, I live not that far from here"
"Yes, well informed and noted. Do you have a girlfriend, Jeong Woo? If not, I could introduce my friend to you, you seem really kind", I tease him making him blush, while handing him the ramyun we bought earlier
His eyes smile shyly, "Thank you, that will be too kind of you. And thank you for the ramyun too. Good night, Miss Y/N. Have a good rest!", he bowed and leave carefully.
I am scanning the apartment, spacious, calm and the view is the city accross the river, I am liking it already.
