Mr. Blitz, a husband, a father, and a genius. He didn't have a quirk, but he didn't want one. Even as a child he wasn't interested in the self-proclaimed "heroes" of the new age.

He enjoyed indulging himself in the works of bright and intelligent individuals he thought were worth his time.

He was always a bit too curious for his good, craving for anything that could fight off his hunger for knowledge.

Never in his 30 years of working at the facility had he ever experienced such a rousing event.

Except for that one experiment

He grimaced as he thought about it. The mere memory of it made his stomach churn in dismay.

The old man's breathing was ragged from exhaustion. He was running for what felt like an eternity but only three minutes passed by since the sirens started blaring. He was on the top floor of the building working on another one of his projects. As he got closer to the last floor he couldn't help but notice the stench of blood getting stronger, but the only exit was located on the last floor so he had no choice but to continue heading in that direction.

He got to the last floor and noticed the fresh blood that was decorated on the walls.

Dead bodies as far as the man's eyes would allow.

Let's just say seeing his coworkers' dead bodies on the ground was not giving him hope in the slightest. Those same eyes that were once so dull and rid of emotion were now widened, his pupils dilated with fear. He felt queasy like he was going to vomit.

That new project of his was going to have to wait a while.

The ceiling lights were mocking him as they flickered on and off in the white walls of the facility. It was enough to give anyone a headache in any normal circumstance, but this obviously wasn't one of those situations.

He dashed through the halls as fast as his old bony legs could take him. He couldn't help but feel like him not surviving this was inevitable.

There were lines carved into the walls from some sort of blade. He wasn't paying attention to the details in all honesty.

As he turned the corner almost instantly did an orange light cover his face. A new feeling of hope surged through his veins when he noticed the letters "EXIT" written on an orange-lit sign. Although he was never fond of the color but he practically rejoicing from seeing it.

He would finally be able to escape and make it out to see his wife and children. The very thought of coming home to his wife's soft hands and the smell of her sweet, marvelous, delicious, spectac—

"Wow man, aren't you a little bit too old to be running like that?"

Oh shit, Oh shit, Oh shit, Oh sh--
