Abel successfully trained but still lack the ability to maintain the ward spell

Mary: Okay, times up! Take these energy pills and some holy energy water. That'll restore you completely.

*Abel consumes the pills along with the water then fall into the fighting stance*

Mary uses the flamed punch from each hand that strikes from long range

Abel tries to block with the ward which blocks the first fireball but fails to block the other one. He is sent rolling into the wall

Mary: That better not be all you got! Perhaps this will cheer the mood!

Mary uses the flamed foot which attack vertically on long range landing into a backflip to finish the job

Abel overwhelmed with pain managed to dodge the attack landing into the wall and receiving residue damage

Abel:...

Then he stands up and performed a twin flamed punch along with an horizontal flamed floot

Mary dodges both flamed punchs and blocks the flamed foot with a advance reversing ward reversing the attack which abel manages to dodge.

Mary on her guard uses a basic energy called meteorite flames launching out of nowhere meteorites flames.

Abel struggles to dodge all of them then performs the wards.

With all the smoke getting on the way

He performed the basic energy whip which ties to her hand and pulls her to his direction

Then he acompanies it with a flame punch

Which it seemed to hit her but she then disappears on top of him landing a sidekick to his head

He is sent flying into the walls breaking them in the process

Mary: Your not bad. However I'll teach you something good.

She then performs the basic energy whip attaching it into his arm and pulling him burning him in the procces because she modified the whip with flames.
 
When he was closing she gave him a severe punch to the skull which sended him crushing into the ground.

Mary: Im sorry but If you don't get the hang of It, I'm gonna have to kill you. I can't afford to damage sir Odin's reputation.

Abel gets up then does the whip technique which attaches into her right left and pulls her

He does a backflip horizontal flamed foot that strikes her which sends her flying into the wall

Mary: ugh! That does it!

She stands up and do the flamed meteorites along with the flamed punchs and kick combinations

Abel saw the ongoing attack then used the ward. He successfully blocked all of the incoming attacks then dropped into the floor shooting poisoned arrows of the crossbow he was carrying

Mary successfully dodged the arrows

Mary: Nice shot! I made you into a good fighter.

Abel: That's enough, I got the hang of it.

Mary: Nah, this is too fun.

Mary then used the advanced energy spell called hidden flames which surrounded her with blue flames protecting her in the procces

Abel: An offensive and defensive spell.

Mary then reverts the spell.

Mary: I got carried away, This one is a deadly spell and I shouldn't use it freely.

Abel: *Thought to himself* If she used that one i would have been dead.

Mary: That's enough lets rest for awhile.

Abel: Where did you learn all that stuff?

Mary: Let's say I was a slow learner like you and I never had a good instructor like yours.

Abel: Fair enough.

Mary: That's enough. You're all beat up, I'll acompany you to your home.

Abel: Fine I guess.

Walking to the mountains which were all covered in snow they on the way out of the city run into two strangers.

Thugs: You'll pay us each month for protection, or we'll teach you why you need protection in the first place.

Mary: I hate to break it to ya, but we don't really have that type of money we're just passing by.

Thugs: Things don't work like that around here.

The thugs were covered in brown robes hard to identify them.

Mary then use a two combination  flamed punch from each side to the target striking them the other thug dodging to the back

Thug: Basic energy fire dragons!

Two dragons appeared rushing fast to strike Abel and Mary. It was so fast that Abel almost didn't see it coming

Mary did and summoned an advance energy ward which absorbed the damage and healed her ally as well as herself

Mary: Don't lose focus, they'll kill you!

Abel: Got it!

Abel Fully restored of his energy by the spell of his opponents. He does a two expanding flamed punch combination then rushed onto them

The thugs tried to counter the spell but the damage was too big for the basic wards so they were slightly burned and knocked back

Abel quickly does a flamed foot at them but both managed to dodge

Thug: Let's see what you do about this!

Both concentrated into casting an ilusion energy spell which did successfully. Which he felt he was fainting he was going blind and couldn't maintain himself.

Abel: What's this!?

Abel suddenly feels a burn on his right hand then he was pushed back avoiding a great critical damage. He fell into Mary's blue flames. She haved perfomed the hidden flames which protects  herself and allies of any attack including Illusion energy

Mary: Now you'll understand why they call me mares. I'm everyone's worst nightmare.

She then releases a barrage of flamed shapeshifting attacks. They were shaped as daggers, swords, arrows and flamed bombs.

Thugs tried very hard to dodge the attacks but one was hurt pretty bad and the other burned severely

Mary: Abel mind if you do that thing I thought you?

Abel:...

Abel quickly does the flamed foot slash and it was emerged with more power and was mixed into blue flames which turned completely blue.

That hit the thugs severely killing them.

Mary: We better go before the supreme court officers show up.

Special supreme court investigator: Too late for that. You did us a favor, you took down these criminals which had bounty on their heads. Ill keep the bounty and let you go.

Mary: Fine whatever.

Abel: I want to take you on for the bounty.

Mary: What?!
