The one he never meant to make - DISCONTINUED

Chapter 1 - Introduction

You and all the Weasly's got back from your holiday from Egypt and you are packing and getting ready to go to the leaky cauldron to stay so you can all get your things for the new school year.

Before you left you had a very important family meeting and you ask your siblings not to mention to anyone what had happened because you wanted a clean slate at the school, Ron ended up being his usual dickish self and asking what they were meant to say if people had asked about you and where you had been. You says to him that the story would be you got expelled from beauxbaton for fighting with the other students, Ron just shrugged to this obviously not having and rebuttal and never said anything else about it.

Getting ready to go to diagon alley you were sat doing your hair in your jammies when Ginny comes in to your room at the leaky cauldron, she goes to say something but her eyes wander down to the top of your thighs and before you could cover them up she gasps and runs out the room.
You get dressed before going to the door to go find her but you find your mum instead, you can't really tell what her expression is you just know that there is some sadness in there as well as anger.

You walked back into the room and didn't dare look your mum in the eyes as she sat on the bed. It was a while before she said anything and it only came out as a whisper once she did "Is it true?" you knew what she was talking about but you didn't want to tell her so you just said "Is what true?" it is then that she was no longer whispering her voice came out as a shout "You know what I'm talking about y/n, don't make me ask you again and don't dare lie to me, I don't want to be made a fool!" tears started falling as she said this from both you and her, you didn't say anything in fear of your voice wavering so you just nodded.

"Show me" she said now back to a whisper, "please" she still couldn't meet your eyes and it was absolutely heartbreaking.

With a shaky hand you pulled your skirt up and slowly revealed the not so faint deep red cuts now turning into scars as they are healing. Some already fully heled while some are still fresh.

As you showed her the door opened and you turned to see Ron and another boy you didn't recognize he had scruffy brown hair, a pale complexion and round glasses covering his very enhancing green eyes.

You slowly came out of your daze and immediately put your skirt back down but it was too late they had already seen the cuts and scars, the scruffy boy looked at you in horror and Ron stared at you opening and closing his mouth like he wanted to say something but he just looked like a fish.

You started shouting at them to get out, you noticed that the boy was staring at you still "stop staring at me specky!" you shouted to him making him look anywhere but you. It was then that Ron came up in your face and started shouting back to tell you not to shout at harry 'so that's his name' you thought to yourself.

You scoff and turn to your mum who is now glaring at you, even though it's your room you roll your eyes and decide to leave. You head to the main area of the leaky cauldron, you sit down at the long table and begin to read.

After a while of sitting you notice that you weren't the only one at the table anymore, a girl with bushy brown hair who looked to be the same age as you and Ron was sitting a couple chairs away holding a fluffy looking ginger cat.

As you were glancing over you see Ron and harry walking up behind her, neither the 2 of them looked at you as they sat down next to the bushy haired girl.

You went back to reading your book but could still here their conversation, you noticed Ron had the newspaper out from your holiday, you scoffed and rolled your eyes causing him and his friends to look at you but before he could say anything the twins came down and snatched it off the table, they began teasing him about showing the paper to almost everyone as the finished off the list of people he showed you ended it with "and don't forgot your little girlfriend there" you giggled and pointed to the girl on his right side as the twins nudged Ron and wiggled their eyebrows. This didn't go down well with Ron as he stood up and glared at you
"Shove off Y/N, you don't know what you're talking about" he said with a hint of embarrassment. This just made you laugh more which did not help the situation,
"Oh my god, are you embarrassed Ronald?" you said with sarcasm. After this you and Ron started arguing as usual and it ended in something you never thought would come out his mouth
"I wish you were never my sister" Ron said with the upmost disrespect ever.

You didn't say anything you just ran up to your and let the tears fall mostly because of anger but also because he's supposed to be your brother and protect you from harmful things but he's now the one saying the harmful things.

You're sat in your room for not even 2 minutes when someone knocks on the door, you go over to the door and crack it open slightly to see the twins standing there with worried expressions on their faces.

You open the door more to let them in and the tears just start falling more and more as the embrace you in a tight hug, a couple minutes go by,
"don't worry Y/N we still want you as our sister" says Fred
"yeah exactly" George finishes for him like always, this makes you chuckle and they wipe the tears from your eyes.

"suppose we better go down for dinner" you say to them hoping that they will just let you sit in your room but instead they just nod. You take a deep breath and wipe the remainder of the tears away and straighten yourself up before following the twins down to dinner.
