“Elizabeth time to get up for school!” I roll over to see my mom standing by my bed. She turned on my bed side lamp. I cover my face with my covers, because the light hurt my eyes. I hear my mom walk to the end of my bed and pull the covers off of me and onto the floor. I look at her funny. “Mom what are you doing?” “I am trying to get you up for school or you will be late; plus I got to wash your sheets anyway, now get up.” I roll out of bed and walk to the bathroom. I run the water until its warm and then splash some on my face. I take my cleaner and wash my face for a minute and then wash the cleaner off. I dry my face and my hands and walk back to my bedroom. I find my mom going through my room looking for anything that might need washing. “Mom there is nothing else that is dirty.” “Okay sweetheart, now hurry up and get dress.” I waited for my mother to leave my room before I would get dressed. I went to my closet and looked at all my clothes and shoes. I knew it was going to be another hot day so I pulled out so booty shorts, a tank top, and my flip flops. I went to my mirror and sat down on my stool and pulled back my hair that way I could put on just a little bit of makeup; everyone says I don’t need it but if I don’t wear it my face is to plain. After I got finished doing my makeup, I took down my hair and started curling it. I looked at myself in the mirror and thought would do. My dirty blonde hair done in long curls, with so booty shorts that had some holes in them in the front, with my darkish blue tank top on, and my rainbow flip flops. My pale white skin showed a lot when I wore shorts and tank tops but I didn’t care; but sometime I do wish I was tan. I walked out of my room and down stairs to go eat.
