I woke up the next morning, did my daily routine, and went down stairs for breakfast. My brother Bobby wasn't feeling any better. I ate my breakfast. Keith didn't say much, but I didn't figure he would say much anyway. It was time to leave, so I hugged Bobby and Keith and left. I caught up to Justin about half way down the pasture. "Did you get some sleep?", Justin asked. "Yeah, surprisingly", I responded. Next thing I knew we were at school. Mrs. Thomas asked about Bobby. I told her same. After talking to Mrs. Thomas for a few minutes, Justin grabbed my arm, and said "that's him, that's the new guy". I didn't think he would be much to look at, but then I saw the most beautiful face on a guy I had ever seen. He had brown hair and blue eyes. But you know what sucks,... A lot of guys in our class smoke and dip during recess, but not Matt and Justin, not Jacob either. That is a big plus. During recess the boys played basketball, but Jacob wasn't very good. Justin has been trying to teach me to play basketball, but it hasn't really clicked yet. At the end of the day Justin walked me home and Jacob joined us. His house is really close to be done. When I got home, Keith was covered in mud and grass. He said he helped Jacob's dad today. I could tell he was worn out, so I told him to go lay down. He went into the living room and sat down on the couch. I brought him his dinner and went to check on Bobby. He was sick as a dog. I decided to comfort him I would stay with him that night. He moaned and groaned all night. I got no sleep, so the next morning I wore extra make-up...
