Cold cuddles

You felt the cold shivers run down your spin as you slowly opened your eyes. Feeling the cold temperature difference from when you went to bed.

You looked around and saw the room was still pitch black 'still night time' you thought to yourself as you sighed and pulled the sheets closer to your face as you curled in on yourself.

'We must have sailed into a winter climate.' You thought as you rubbed your arms for warmth.

You soon fell asleep again while trying to stay warm, not until you felt someone shake you awake.

"O-Oi (y/n) let me in it's freezing." Came a shivering voice. You groggily opened your eyes and saw a figure standing over you.

"Huh?" You asked, your voice dry.

The figure soon impatiently pulling the sheets open and making its way into your bed.

"H-hey what?" You asked but soon relaxed when you realized who it was by the small sigh of relief. He nuzzled his face into you neck as he wrapped his arms around you.

"Hmmm this feels so much better." Sighed out your captain. You sighed yourself as you wrapped your arms around him too.

"Luffy..." you muttered out tiredly. Trying to look down at him. "You know Nami will kill you if she found out you was in here." You whispered and he made a noise of stress.

"Please don't tell her I'm in here...I want to stay and warm up with you." He muttered into your neck, his hot breath hitting you chill skin. You shivered at the feeling but ignoring most of its affects on you.

"I'm not, it's just she'll find out you know, than kill you." You whispered again and he made another noise.

"Not if you protect me she won't." He said as he did his signature laugh.

"Just...be quite." You said and you felt him smile into your neck. "Roger." He said and you smiled.

You two got more comfortable soon falling asleep in each others arms.

You soon felt yourself waking up again, hearing the loud noise of snoring in your ear. You looked over seeing your captain snoring beside you, a large snot bubble protruding from his nose.

You smiled to yourself and closed your eyes again, curling closer to him.

"Seems like your enjoying yourself huh?" Came a voice and you jolted, sitting up in your bed and looking over to see Robin, who was also sitting up in her's, her blanket wrapped around her body. A small playful smile on her face.

"H-how long have you been up?" You asked and she giggled.

"Long enough." She said as she continued to watch you. "I assume he snuck in last night to get warmer?" She asked and you nodded.

You looked over at Nami's bed to see she was still asleep. Robin also looked over. "Afraid she'll wake up?" She asked and you nodded.

"More so for Luffy than me, but she still probably would get mad at me for letting him in." You said and she giggled softly again.

"True." She said as she looked over back at you.

You felt arms wrap around your waist and a pouty mutter coming from your side. "Hmmm (y/n) lay back down, it's getting cold again." Said Luffy as he tried to pull you down, still being half asleep.

"Shhh alight Luffy I am." You said as you looked back over at Robin, giving her an apologetic smile, which she smiled back understandably.

You laid back down, throwing the sheets back over you and Luffy and he hummed happily, wrapping his arms securely around you, nuzzling up in your face. "Yay, now stay put...captains...orders..." he said tiredly which soon followed with a loud snore.

You hummed a quite laugh to yourself was you watched him quietly fall asleep. You heard a shuffling noise from Robin's side and soon heard the door open and close, you assumed she was going to make some coffee for her and the rest of the crew.

With the small amount of light that was poring into the room, you can see Luffy's face. The small scar under his left eye visible, A small curled up smile on his lips as he hummed in his sleep. You sighed as you watched him sleep, not being used to him being so still.

Being able to be this close with him, not having to worry about anything. It was moments like this that you shared with him that you will cherish the most.

"Oi be quite you two, you'll wake them up!" Came the voice of Usopp as he glared at the Swordsman and the Chef. Who was arguing with each other over how Sanji was acting to seeing you sleeping next to Luffy.

"This is super cute!" Said the Shipwright, as he struck a pose.

"I can't see, someone lift me up!" Said the distressed voice of the doctor.

"I wish that were me. To feel her skin on mine, only I don't have any! Yohoho!" Said the skeleton as he cackled.

"I swear I will kill him once he wakes up!" Muttered the Navigator angrily as she clenched her fist. Upset that you let Luffy into the girls room.

"She was worried about that." Came the voice of the Archeologist as she giggled into her hand.

"Oi will you guys be quite! You'll wake (y/n)!" Shouted Luffy as he angrily turned to look at the crew.

"You yelling like that is what's going to wake me up Luffy." you muttered to yourself as he looked back at you, softly apologizing.
