The Skeleton Mansion

Day 3

She was running again, not from the scientist, but to someone, someone that made her feel safe. No, HE made her feel safe.

" JASPY!!!" she yelled for him with tears in her eyes. They were taking him from her. Again.

She could feel her magic spinning in and out of control in almost a musical beat around her. She felt the hands closing around her exposed bones.

" PERY!! I swear I will be back when I get people that can help us! I promise!" A 14 year old Jaspy yelled while running into the forest. He was fast, his only rival in speed being Peridot. Jaspy was just his nickname. His real name was, Jaspilite.

Fresh and Suave were discussing who was going to be the next person to go to the store, when they heard Peridot yelling. The two both teleported into Feldspar's room, Feldspar had already woken up and was in one of the auditoriums practicing riding his board. There, the two skeletons saw Peridot thrashing wildly on the floor, yelling the words "Jaspy no! Come back!" over and over again. The two looked at each other then looked down at Peridot.

Suave crouched down and pulled her into an embrace, while singing the Come Little Children lyrics again. Peridot soon settled down, Suave and Fresh were curious.

"Peridot, who is Jaspy?" Suave asked softly.

" He was the one that went to get help, we w-were 13, he was 14. I haven't seen him for 3 years. But I keep having the same nightmare of the day he left." Peridot said sniffling. 

" Is Jaspy his real name, or nickname?" Fresh asked. Jaspilite's nickname was Jaspy, and no one knew Jaspilite's backstory, not even PJ. All everyone really knows is that PJ saved Jaspilite from a kidnapper and took him in about a year ago.

" I think it was his nickname, but I don't really remember, since I've been calling him that since I was about 4, he was 5." Peridot responded.

" Get on your board broski, we are gonna visit someone." Fresh said. Peridot got onto her board as Fresh summoned his own, Fresh asked if she still needed help riding, and Peridot answered with a "No". 

"Follow me, Suave, mind teleporting to the guest room?" Fresh asked. 

"Not at all." Suave said disappearing. 

Peridot followed Fresh out of the room, until the two reached the room that Jaspilite and Fayalite were in. Fresh opened the door to find that Fayalite was conversing with Feldspar. PJ was sitting next to Jaspilite's bed, when he heard the door open to reveal Fresh and Peridot, he stood up and walked over to Fresh and Suave's side.

" All morning he kept muttering things about someone named " Pery " saying thing like, " I will be back when I get people that can help us" and " I promise that I will come back". Its nerve racking  to see him like this. But, maybe it has something to do with his past? And maybe this " Pery" person was really important to him." PJ informed the group.

Peridot looked like she was about to lose it though. She started to move over to Jaspilite's bed side, when she started hearing him talk loudly.

" No, Pery, I will be back. I promise I'll save you two, I swear it." He was mumbling.

"Jaspy, I'm here! I'm Here!" She was saying in tears. Everyone in the room was looking at the two. Fayalite had stood up and made her way over to Peridot's side.

" I-is it really him? Is it really Jaspy?" Fayalite asked in a hushed voice and tears rolling down her skull. 

This surprised Suave, PJ, Fresh, and Feldspar. The fact that these two knew Jaspilite, was really new to them all.
