Reader-Chan Pov

It was lunch time.

"Go now. No excuses, its lunch time." Mina whispered to me.

I grunt. "But he's with his friends. Maybe after school."

"What you deaf now? i said 'no excuses'!" Mina continued.

I looked at Mina like she grew another head, and i was about to slap her for it. She knows im cool, and i might be the school nerd, but she'll still get clapped. She better watch her mouth, im not a child. 

"Sorry, Sorry. I know im being pushy." she fixed herself. 

"mm" i hummed with attitude. 

"That still doesnt mean anything. Come on, since when do you break promises. Go tell him."

I knew she was right. And, although i wanted to stay mad at her for forcing me into this, i couldnt. i had lost the bet yesterday and promised her this much. 

Its like she said, i dont break my promises. So i stand up from my table. My eyes set on Midoriya.

I begin to walk toward him, completely void of everyone else in my vision as i am to them. for i am the school nerd. Who would want to talk to me. 

My eyes never leave Midoriya's laughing figure as lida was saying something funny apparently. 

*BOOM* 

and suddenly my vision isnt on Izuku anymore.
