Arriving with a Promise

Annabeth POV

We sat in our truck and couldn't calm myself....... 

"Will you stop." Leo begged, your making me nauseus.

I was bouncing up and down in the van, CAUSE I COULDN'T WAIT!!!!! "We are going to camp half blood, camp half blood, camp half blood. We are going to camp half blood all day long." I sang to the tune of the wheels on the bus go round and round.

"Shhhhhh.Calm down." Percy tried. He laid around my shoulders and pulled me toward him. I leaned into his shoulder and smiled. 

"I AM GOING HOMEEE!!!!!!"  I screamed.

"OW MY EAR I THINK I JUST WENT DEAF." Percy screamed.

I laughed and stuck my tongue out at him. 

We all finnaly arrived at Camp Half Blood. I ran out of the van and into the strawberry feilds. I picked up a strawberry and ate it. Percy finnally catches up with me and bends over breething heavily. I sqeel, yes squeel, yes squeel. 

I ran up to Chiron who was watching me and laughing. "Hey Chiron, watcha laughin at?" I asked still hyper.

"You," Chiron said. Simple yet affective I calmed down and went back to the strawberry fields.

"Meet me at the dock in half an hour," Percy said running away.

I shrugged that was strange. I walked into the Athena cabin and it was quite empty since mostly everyone was at school. I changed inot my orange Camp Half Blood t-shirt and some jean shorts and made my way to the dock. 

Percy was their, waiting. "Hey wise girl," He said.

"Hey Seaweed Brain," I replied.

We walked onto the dock and their was a picnic banket and some candles. The sun was starting to set so it was sorta getting dark and the candles created a pretty light that was cast onto the lake. I smiled "Percy this is amazing, I don't know how you pulled this off."

Percy smiled, "I had A LOT of help."

I laughed as Percy walked up to me and looked into my eyes. He took my hands and said, "Annabeth I want to be with you forever and when we get out of high school or college we can get married, but.." 

My heart was beating so loud I could hear it in my ears.I started to anticipate what he could say, well all the bad things he could say.

"For now I want to promise to you that I will not cheat on you and I will love you and as long as you will be with me I will be with you. " He let go of my hands and opened a box with the most beautiful ring I ever saw. It was a twisted band with diamonds and two stone a blue one and a gray one along with our names was on the top. The inside was etched with the words, I promise forever. 

I smiled as he slipped the ring on my finger and laughed, "I was so nervous I didn't think I could eat so I did it before." 

I laughed along with him and our lips met.

Percy - Thank god that went ok I was sooooo nervous that some monster would eat us first.

Annabeth - I am so happy I'll even say the disclaimer. All of us except Rebekah belong to  Rick Roirdan.

Me - Ok glad that went well if it didn't I would be pork chops.

Percy and Annabeth - Yup!
