Izuku opened up to his Mom about everything, the bullies including Kacchan, his teachers who blatantly ignored it, meeting All Might and what he said.

It felt good to get everything off his chest, though it left his mother crying about his treatment.

"I'm transferring you to a new school right now!" She insisted but they both knew she couldn't do that.

The only reason he even went to Aldera was because it was cheap, his father left years ago and never paid for child support so his mother had to provide for the two of them.

And even if they could get him in a new school there was no guarantee it wouldn't be discriminatory against the Quirkless like Aldera.

His mother was upset she couldn't do anything to help his school situation, but Izuku comforted her.

"Y'know Mom, there is something you can help me with."

"What is it sweetie?" Izuku gave her a smile, one full of sadness, as he said:

"Finding a new dream." His mother burst into tears as she saw how sad he was to say that. But still she nodded, she would do anything to help her baby boy.

So they started looking for a new dream for Izuku, at first they looked at jobs similar to Hero such as Police Officer, Detective, and Doctor. But they ran into a problem.

"There aren't any good schools that will take me." All of the good schools were either discriminatory or wouldn't take him with the black marks his teachers falsely put on his records.

They soon found it was like that with most schools. Izuku groaned. "Oh, Honey." His mother said with a sad voice. "There has to be something." She seemed to be getting desperate.

Izuku quickly calmed her down. "I'm sorry honey, I just wish there was a way you could avoid all this discrimination."

"I know Mom." He patted her back as he hugged her.

"There has to be something you can do without all this Quirkless bologna." He chuckled his mother never swore, but if she did you better run for the hills.

Izuku agreed with his mother, Quirkless discrimination couldn't be inevitable for his new dream if only...

Light Bulb!

"Mom I think I just thought of something!" His mother seemed interested. "What if no one knew?"

"What if no one knew what?"

"That I'm Quirkless!" His mom still looked confused. He quickly back-tracked. "I know we can't stop people from knowing in my everyday life, but we could stop them from knowing in my future dream."

"How?"

"If we can find a dream where I can work from home I can work anonymously, I might even be able to get a head start!" His mother realized he was right and started crying tears of joy.

"Oh Izuku!" They hugged for awhile before getting back to look for Izuku's new dream, this time with a foundation to go off of.

Eventually they found something that both fit the criteria they were looking for and that Izuku would be excited to do.

Izuku had lost his dream of becoming a Hero today.

He also gained a new dream, to become an Author.
