"Bells, there is someone out there asking for you," Sam said to me as soon she spotted me.
I looked at her questioningly, "Who?"
She looked flustered, "I don't know but he is pretty good looking" she answered. I was still confused but I removed the apron from my waist and handed it to her.
I went out and I saw a guy standing against the counter. He had a beanie on his head. he didn't seem to be familiar yet I walked towards him and stood before him.
"Hi, Can I help you?" I asked him. Now that I was standing opposite to him, I could look at his features more clearly. He had blue eyes which were covered by glasses, few pieces of his brown hair escaped the beanie and were resting against his forehead and glasses.
"Are you Isabella Anderson?" he questioned instead.
"Yes, I am" I answered, still wondering why was he asking for me.
"I'm looking for a job. And I heard that there is a vacancy for a baker in your beautiful cafe" he shoot me a smile while adjusting glasses on his eyes which was slipping from the bridge of his nose. "I'm surprised that there is a vacancy, this place is pretty famous" he added.
I was baffled at how in the world did this guy came to know about the vacancy but before I could question him about the same, he explained it to me. "My friend informed me" I nodded in reply. The only one I could blame would be the brown-eyed guy who seemed to everywhere these days.
"Okay, does this friend of yours by any chance have brown hair and eyes?" I questioned him to which he nodded in reply. "My assumption was right then. okay, follow me; I'll take your interview." I added and without looking back, I walked towards my little office. It wasn't much but whenever I need a breather, I come over here though it rarely happened it was still needed.
I stood behind my table and waited for him to come inside the room. As soon as he entered, I pointed to the chair that was opposite to mine. "You can have a seat" I watched as he sat down and put his arms folded on the table. This action and the way he was so collected made me feel as if I was the one who was being interviewed rather than him. "It would be appreciated if you could put your arms away from my table" I said firmly.
