"Fu-Jughead," Betty whined as he grasped her hips, pushing her back against the vanity of the bathroom, his other hand pressed against the newly-painted wall.

"Shhh," Jughead tried to sound mischievous but as Betty bucked her hips into his, he exhaled hard, "Gotta. Be. Quiet." He reminded, enunciating each word with a thrust up. Betty sagged forward into him, pressing her mouth against the soft fabric bunched on his collarbone, biting gently to keep from making a sound as Jughead continued to take her. Her nails dug into his back and he shuddered, his breathing uneven and quickening.

"Where do you think Betty wants this?" Veronica asked from outside the door, and there was a huffing sound as she set down the box Betty assumed was her textbooks and favorite novels. Betty giggled, knowing only the door of the bathroom kept her from her best friend. Jughead's hand came to lift her chin, kissing her to swallow the sound.

"Just text her. I think she's down grabbing sodas from that little bodega," Reggie replied, "Or just leave it."

"Phone off?" Jughead asked, pausing his movements, but still inside of her.

"Damn it," Betty said, reaching across the vanity to silence it before Veronica could text her, fumbling with the sound buttons as Jughead continued, "You're not making this easy," She accused playfully.

"Fully my intention." He replied back in a voice just as quiet.

"Incorrigible," She rolled her eyes.

"Impenitent," Jughead shot back with a scoff, "New word from my calendar."

Betty rolled her eyes. She was pleased both of her birthdays presents to him were getting equal use, but she'd prefer that they stay out of the realm of each other.

She grabbed his cheeks, returning his motions, urging him to go faster for a quick finish. He finished her off seconds before he himself came, and for a quiet second, they sat panting as the buzz and euphoria wore off.

He hiked his pants up, allowing Betty to hop off. She ran a hand across the marks on her thighs from the edge of the vanity as she tore off a few squares of toilet paper to clean herself up. She turned, snickering.

"Big words turn you on?" Betty asked.

"I'm a writer. Duh." Jughead said, "Just like I know good grammar gets you wet, Ms. Journalist and Editor."

Betty shrugged, as it wasn't untrue, and adjusted her underwear underneath her dress.

"Presentable?" She asked, looking in the mirror to see how obvious her sex-hair was.

"Always."

The pair waited by the door until they heard no one in the apartment. Betty dipped out to actually go grab some drinks for the crew while Jughead went in the opposite direction toward Mr. Andrew's car.

On the way back, she ran into Sweet Pea carrying a box of Jughead's things, "Sick place, Cooper!" He said with a grin. After the dust had settled, and after Sweet Pea and Jug had a good talk, they were good again. Sweet Pea was happy for her, truly happy, and seemed unlikely to try to ruin their relationship. As an act of good faith, he'd offered to come down to help the pair move into their new apartment.

It had been a long time waiting and looking, but in the eleventh hour, they'd found it. A quirky and brick-exposed one-bedroom with a little 'den'. It barely fit both of their desks in the den, but it did fit, and that was the important thing. It was a hair bigger than their last apartment, but far nicer, and more importantly...theirs. Not Betty and Jughead's apartment in a separated sense, but a conjoined 'them'. And that's all that mattered.
