Todoroki:

Denki:
Pretty much all of the ones with contact (The spoon, the pursuit, leg hug, loosely tethered, the sweetheart's cradle, the huneymoon hug, and shingles) Touching/Holding you in very important to him and he always wants to be in contact with you even if you fight you'll sleep touching.
Shinsou:
The spoon or shingles and the leg hug or loosely tethered if it's hot.
