I had just arrived at platform nine and three quarters , I looked around a couple of seconds and spotted Ginny she was a 2 years younger than me but she'd always been a good friend. Although my best friend was fleur but of course She wasn't here because she didn't attend hogwarts but she would be starting here this year but she was getting a different form of transport. "Hi y/n how was ya summer" Ginny asked bubbly "it was great I got some new art works done how about you" I replied "ugh same old ..Fred and George blaming Ron for things then Ron blaming me ...but apart from that great"she answered seeming slightly bothered that I asked " Cool ..come on let's get on the train" trying to break the slight tension.
We jumped on the train and slowly started to notice that all the carriages were full. Except one. Cedric diggory sitting in a carriage on his own surely not ?! I didn't know him although I knew that he was quite popular. Good friends with Fred and George in hufflpuff . "Come on Ginny" I said happily "oh ok" she replied (we walking in slowly) "Feeling lonely" I said swerving from side to side so I could see his face properly "Oh god ...sorry didn't see you there I was just reading ..ha"he said with a great warming smile on his face He looked at me in the eyes I was a little stunned by his baby blue eyes and his mousy brown hair ...I'd never really looked at him before

"Sorry ...is anyone sitting in here" Ginny asked politely to break the silence Cedric shook is head "oh ..mmm sorry, No ones in here just me" he replied in a welcoming voice I sat down slowly still a little mesmerised by him. Ginny gave me a look as if she was a little embarrassed. I quickly turned myself to her and snapped right back to reality. "So .. of course I know you Ginny your brothers are my best friends but I don't think I know your name? sorry , you are in a lot of my classes though" Cedric said a little upset that he didn't know me "Oh..it's y/n.i suppose this is are first proper encounter. and your name is?" i asked him what his name was as if I had know idea just to see if it got any reaction out of him "Oh ..it's Cedric diggory"he answered happily

He looked a little confused and shocked considering he was hufflpuff quidditch leader , a prefect and one of the most popular people in the school. "Of course I remember draco moaning about what a hard Seeker you are to beat" I smiled at him slightly with a competitive look on my face. "Oh I'm so tried" Cedric said with a yawn "Me too" I answered back We both fell asleep we're as Ginny stayed awake "Look we're almost at hogwarts" Ginny shouted at us "Wat" me and Cedric said at the same time "Oh hogwarts nice view isn't it y/n" he said yawning again He only said my name ? Why ? Weird did he like me ...ugh I'm really annoying myself thinking about relationships. "Come on let's get out" Ginny answered as she rolled her eyes Ginny was very excited to get to hogwarts we're as I've just seen and done it. Cedric walked out of the carriage first and almost l leading me out. Then he held his hand out to help me done the stairs. "Thanks" I smiled and kinda walked on "No problem"he answered as he ran back up to me We walked up to hogwarts to together until the last second that split us up. "Slytherin" I said awkwardly "Hufflpuff" he replied awkwardly I smiled and stared to walk off a little sad that he didn't say anything more, but what did I want him to say ? "Y/n"Cedric shouted across the hallway "Yes" I answered I smiled wildly with happiness I couldn't contain it. We walked toward each other slowly "I will be seeing your around ya" he asked with a reassuring smile on his face

I smiled at him and walked off. the train was very delayed so it was right to bed .
I walked along slowly thinking about how I felt about him I know I like him I just don't know if I want this . I came to the discussion that I had to sleep on it got to my dorm rapped myself I'm pyjamas and jumped on my nice warm bed.
