Today was a wonderful day for you! You were finally moving out of your parents home! You smiled happily as today was the day you were moving to New Orleans. You had to move in with your sister, Mary that lived there. She lived in a smaller apartment but it was big enough to fit two people. She didn't even ask you to pay rent until you had a stable job. That meant you had to start looking for one as soon as you arrived in the city. You happily finished packing your bag. You didn't have many belongings. A few clothing, a hair brush, and other essentials. You heard your mother call your name from downstairs so she can drive you to the airport. "Honey hurry up! You will be late! You don't want to miss your flight, do you?" she called, concerned. "I'm coming mother!" you responded back. You ran down the stairs. Your mother smiled sweetly and lightly kissed your forehead. "I'm proud of you!" she said. You beamed with happiness. "Thank you mother" you replied, heading out to your mothers car. You opened the passenger seat door and she opened the drivers seat door. You both sat in your seats and closed the doors. "I wonder how far these automobiles will go?" your mother questioned. You shrugged. "No idea mother, we will see! Maybe they have a future, maybe not. Who knows!" You replied. Your mother nodded and drove off and you were on your way.

45 minutes later

You arrived at the airport just in time and hurried out of the car with your mother. You both ran and were out of breath. You managed to make it to your flight. Your mother hugged you quickly and told you to write. "Please remember to write!" she said. "I will mother! Don't worry!" you replied. You hugged her and then went on board.

You were so nervous but you calmed yourself down. You took your seat. This was your first time flying. You fastened your seat belt. You didn't know what was going to happen. So many thoughts were in your head. Will you find work? Will you end up having your own apartment? Or better yet a house?

Air travel was still new and you still weren't sure about it. However, you calmed your nerves and took a small nap due to your exhaustion.
