Riku, yuki and momo stood near the entrance to watch the ball, they were able to witness all kinds of dramas taking place around us. The more the series of events went on, the more amused riku's face turned.

“You cunning little b*tch! How dare you steal my son away from me?!”

“Mother, no! It’s not what you think!”

On one side, there was an outdated subject matter, a conflict between a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, taking place.

“Hold on, are you… assistant manager Kazehaya whom I brought down ten years ago?!”

“Yes, I’m here to return it to you, bi*ch!”

On the other side, a guy, who waited for revenge from a decade, showed up to begin Mr. Vengeance.

“Wait, mr. Fuji. What’s that Big Dipper-shaped mole behind your ear…?”

“Huh? I had this ever since I was born.”

“Oh my god, then.. are you…?!! My sibling whom I have lost seventeen years ago?”

“What? No, that doesn’t make sense. This can’t happen!”

Also on the other side, a couple who turned out to be born of the same parents were continuing their tragedy.

Whenever these happened in front of riku's sight, she was desperate to have some popcorns involuntarily. In this regard, she began to glance at foods displayed on the table.

‘Popcorns or cans of coke… Why none of them is here?’

Clack clack clack

A tapping sounds suddenly heard and getting closer and closer till a pair of green fancy heels appeared in front of riku. The princess, Aya stood before riku with a arrogant smile.

"Nanase riku right?" She asked (more like demanded?)  Yuki and momo glanced at her suspiciously. Riku nodded

"Yes, i am nanase riku"

"Hmph, you are pretty but still a lowly girl" Aya scoffed. Riku blinked and tilted her head

"But we are at the same height? How am i low? If i am low then isn't the princess low too?"

Her answer made aya surprised and momo to hold his laugh. Yuki looked away hiding his amused face.

" We are both a lowly girl then!" Riku replied happily. Some nobles start to laugh out loud.

"Pfft- r-riku-chan.." Momo is shaking so bad with tears on his eyes. Aya clenched her hand.

"You! You dare to disrespect me?!"

"?? But princess is the one who said i am low, and we are at the same height. What is the difference?" Riku asked back. Aya closed her mouth and glared at riku.

"You will pay for this!!! Your status and mine has a huge difference!" Aya said starting to depend on her status as the princess. She turned away and walked away with annoyed face.

Yuki clapped beside riku, "good job, riku-chan. You sure have so many courage. Its entertaining to watch"

"I know right~~ riku-chan is truly the right person to become the princess" Momo said smiling. Riku immediately put her palm over his mouth in panic

"Momo-san! What if someone else hear it?"  She whispered. Momo chuckled nervously, "gomen gomen"

Music starts (dance time)

"Ah! Its time for the first dance. Riku-chan, may i dance with you?" Momo asked with his hand stretched out. Riku smiled, "of course"

Riku and momo dance together at the first song then she dance with yuki. Riku actually surprised someone like yuki actually dance at the ball. After spinning riku, another person will dance with her

"Rikkun! We are a dance partner now"

"Tamaki-kun" Riku called as she held tamaki's hand.

"Rikkun, where did you learn to dance?" Tamaki asked, surprised at how easy it is to dance with riku. Riku frowned for a second

"Its just a natural reaction, i guess"

Tamaki tilted his head in confusion as he spinned riku and moved to another person. Riku held the next person hand and start to dance again but with her face looked down.

".. Its nice to see someone have a courage to fight back the princess"

Riku eyes widened as she looked up and saw mix blue eyes staring back at her. Fancy formal clothes with royal badge on his shirt with white hair, That is when she realize who is she dancing with

"Oji-sama (prince) ..?" Riku called silently. Tenn smiled at her, "you are the girl that bumped me"

'WAIT- TENN-NII?! bumped him.. Gasp'

"You are that beautiful eyes bo- cough i mean that bumped with me.." Riku changed her words immediately.

"Did you not scared when you replied the princess words?" Tenn asked out ot curiousity. Riku tilted her head

"Should i get scared?"

"Pfft- you looked like someone i knew in the past" Tenn said amused. Riku blinked

"Who?"

".. Just someone special. Anyway this is the last song so just keep dancing with me" Tenn said looking around. Riku nodded before blinking

".. What time is it?"

Tenn looked at her weirdly before glancing at his watch, "9.45 PM, why?"

'9. 45?! The color changing magic will disappear in 15 minutes!! Calm down.. The last song will end soon'

"A-ah i see, thank you" Riku replied nervously. Once for a while she will glance at her hair quickly. Tenn frowned, why did this girl glance at her hair and asked for tim-

".. Did you use color changing magic?" Tenn suddenly asked. Riku eyes widened as she looked at tenn in shock. Bingo.

"Hm, i see. May i ask why did you use it?" Tenn asked politely. Riku looked around

"J-just for hiding myself from someone" Riku replied, hoping for the song to end soon. Tenn stared at riku

"I wonder why you are hiding from them" Tenn continued. Riku started to sweating

'Cmon.. Hurry and end this song!!'

"J-just for a reason-"

Song ended

"Thank you for dancing with me, oji-sama. Good bye!!" Riku immediately bowed down and walked fast to the door.

Tenn blinked and looked up at the retreating figure of riku

"Eh nanase-san?" Iori exclaimed when riku walked past him to the door.

"Eh, riku-chan wait-" Momo and yuki ran to the door, following riku

Tenn stood in the middle of the dancing hall silently before walking back to his seat, ignoring the crying Aya who is sad for not dancing with him.

".. Color changing magic, huh?"
