A/N: I'll be adding what it's like dating Eli before he joined Cobra Kai and what it's like dating him during Cobra Kai in two separate imagines. Also the reader won't be part of Cobra Kai or Miyagi-Do just to keep it neutral.

Dating Eli Headcanons...
- Very shy when you started out being friends and barely talked to you.
- Then he found out you liked Doctor Who and you hit it off from there.
- Talking about Doctor Who all the time.
- Spending weekends with Demetri, Eli, and you binge-watching Doctor Who, Marvel movies, criminal minds, and Harry Potter.
- Going to the Comic Book store at the mall all the time even if y'all don't have any money just to "browse" as Demetri puts it.
- Never making fun of his scar telling him it's badass and cool whenever he feels insecure.
- Sitting together in the library during lunch so Kyler can't mess with him.
- Once Eli realizes how much you care for him he starts to develop a crush on you and now wants to be with you 24/7.
- He was very hesitant to admit his feelings to you at first afraid you'd reject him and it would ruin your friendship and that's the last thing he wants but he did anyway and was happy to find out you felt the same way.
- When you first started dating it was a bit awkward because Eli wasn't a very handsy person or really knew how to be a boyfriend but you showed him that everyone deserves love.
- His mom taking an immediate liking to you cause your always there for Eli whenever he needs you.
- Loves holding your hand when you not in public when you're at his house or somewhere no one will see. He's always holding your hand because it's a sign of safety to him, it's comfortable for him.
- Not very big on PDA in public especially in school doesn't want any of "Kyler's gang" to bother you guys and interfere with your relationship.
- Standing up for him when "Kyler gang" bullies him. - Telling him that he's amazing and that you love him.
- He's always in your space somehow whether that's sitting really close to you, or leaning on you, playing with your fingers. Laying his head on your lap. ( you find it adorable glad that he's comfortable around you)
- He's the first to say "I love you" which shocked you at first because it was suddenly out of nowhere.
- "Hey so do you wanna go see Captain Marvel in the Mov-" You were cut off by Eli blurting out something. "I Love you!" Eli says quickly "What did you just say?" You asked shocked "I said... I love you." Eli replied shyly looking at you chuckling you kiss his lips "I love you too dork".
- Lots of cheek kisses from the both of you.
- Loves it when you play with his hair.
- Loves braiding your hair a lot because it's fun he says.
- Showing each other memes all the time and dumb stuff.
- Demetri always third wheeling.
- When he told you he might be Autistic you told him you didn't care you love him either way.
- "Hey (y/n) can we talk?" Eli asks grabbing your hand as you put down the comic book. "Yeah sure, what is it?" You asked holding his hand "so you know how I went to the doctor for a check up?" He says you nod for him to continue "well.. they told me I might be autistic." He says embarrassed. "Ok, And? I don't love you any less" you said smiling at him he smiles back before tackling you in a hug.
- When Miguel joined your friend group you where happy to add more friends.
- At the Halloween party you dressed up as a nurse to match Eli's costume.
- Y'all didn't have ✨ Sex ✨ until like a year of dating.
- Let me just leave this here... before his "Hawk phase" he's was a sub, not dom ;)
- When Miguel and Eli joined Cobra Kai you didn't really care until Eli started to act like a jerk to everyone including you, which put a wedge between your guy's relationship.
- You guys broke up and parted ways before the "All Valley tournament".
- You still showed up to the tournament to support Miguel but seeing Moon there cheering Eli on as his new girlfriend stung a lot.
