On strange trails

Chapter 3: The Creation

"It's not often that we receive visitors here. And yet alone offer them hospitality.", Frank than said.

"Hospitality?! What the fuck?! I only asked for a goddamn phone", Cora thought but she'd never say it out loud. "I don't want to sound ungrateful but I actually only asked for a phone to reach my family.", Cora tried to sound polite.

"Well sweetheart that's right. But to be honest I don't really have the feeling that you want to leave and there is no way for you to honestly mean that you want to go back to your family.", Frank explained. Cora looked confused. "How could he know?", she thought.

"Master we merely await your word", Riff Raff suddenly told Frank and he nodded. He gave Cora a little smile before he went to the microphone and started to speak. During his speech Cora saw the passion and excitement in Frank's eyes as he explained what he was about to do. That he held the key of life in his hands. Cora wondered what he meant by that but she was intrigued by his passion. He clearly loved what he was doing.

When he finished speaking, the other party guests started to applaud. He gave them a hand sign to stay quiet. Riff Raff was pulling down a thing which looked like a chandelier but it surely wasn't. He looked extremely excited and was grinning widely. He really looked like a mad scientist which made Cora chuckle.

When he mixed some liquids together, the tank he was standing in front of had a rainbow color and the mummy inside started to move. Cora was shocked. He really did it. He made the creature live. Magenta and Columbia pulled off the bandages and revealed a blonde man with a lot of muscles.

"Oh Rocky!", Frank said amazed.

Suddenly Rocky started to sing and move a bit. Frank hugged him from behind and kissed his shoulders. Cora was laughing a lot because of Frank's actions but it was quite understandable for her. She'd be proud too.

Than Rocky started to run around the room and looked at all the colorful guests. Frank was running behind him and tried to get through the crow. But fell and screamed furiously. Rocky again ran away and Frank followed, screaming like a maniac. Cora was laughing her lungs out. Frank's over dramatic reactions were hilarious to her.

As soon as Frank fell down, Rocky calmed down and set on the tank again. "Well really! That's no way to behave on your first day out!", Frank shouted angrily.

Rocky looked down like a child who knew that he did something wrong. "But uhm. Since your such an exceptional beauty I'm prepared to forgive you", he said calmly and hugged Rocky's leg. He really was a strange one. "Oh I just love success!", Frank marveled.

"He's a credit to your genius, master", Riff staff said. "Yes!" Frank answered. "A try off of your will", Magenta marveled. Again Frank answered with a pleased "Yes!". "He's okay!", Columbia said. Suddenly Frank's smile disappeared.

"Okay?", he asked unbelieving and hit his hand on the tank in anger. "OKAY?!", he screamed. "I think we can do better than that!", he said and pulled Rocky in Cora's direction.

"Now dear Cora. What do you think of him?", he asked. "I never thought something like this was possible! And yes he really is an exceptional beauty!", Cora said and looked at Frank. He smiled pleased. "See? Even our guest likes him!", he gave Columbia an angry look.

Proud of his creation he started to sing how he'd make him a man 'in just seven days'. Suddenly a red door opened that almost hit both of them but Cora pulled them away before it could hit them. "EDDIE!", Columbia screamed in happiness. A guy on a motorbike came out of the room filled by ice.

He sang a very catchy song and everybody started to dance. Frank didn't seem very please by this specially when Eddie approached Rocky. Cora danced with them until Eddie took her by the hand and started to dance with her. She laughed and also took Columbia's hand , who immediately wrapped her arms around Eddie.

They kissed and Eddie rocked the lab with an amazing saxophone solo.

Suddenly Frank was over it. He pulled and pick axe and ran to Eddie. He chased him into the ice room again and killed him with the pick axe. Columbia screamed and Cora fell to the floor. "What the hell?!", she thought.

She was shocked. The man who was so friendly to her and charming just killed a man without any reason in front of her eyes. It didn't seem to bother anyone except Columbia and her.

Frank came out of the ice room stumbling and Riff Raff and Magenta took off his bloody gloves. Frank smiled and all the audience started to laugh.

Cora than had the power to move. She stood up and ran. Frank looked confused. And ran behind her after a second of realisation. Cora ran to the lift and went down. She ran down the stairs that led to the door she came through. There was no way she'd stay in the castle with this psychos for any more minute.

She tried to open the door but Frank was quicker and pulled her away. He pinned her against the wall and held her. "Let me go!", she begged but still ordered. "Why should I? It was so nice with you, love. Anyways there's a storm outside and you wouldn't want to get hit by a tree, would you?", he asked and smiled.

"B-But you killed this man! And it bothered nobody except of Columbia! And I think it only bothered her because she loved him. You are psychos! You can't just kill somebody!", she said and tried to free herself from Frank's grab.

"Let me go! Please! I promise I'll never bother you again and I won't tell anything to the police! Just please let me go.", she begged now. Frank laughed. "Oh no worries, love. The police doesn't bother me. And Eddie. Oh he would've died anyway. It was a mercy killing", he told her still laughing.

Cora started to cry. "And who says you wouldn't kill me?", she asked under tears. For some reason Frank felt a little guilty. He didn't want to scare Cora. He let her got but she didn't run away she just sunk to the floor.

"Oh darling please don't cry. How could you think that anyone here would kill you? Never would I kill you sweet little thing!", he said and wiped away her tears with his glittery black gloves.

Frank's POV
I shouldn't have killed Eddie in front of her. Damn it I forgot how easily humans get scared. But she intrigued me. She was so fascinated by everything that happened before I killed Eddie. Like she had never seen anything comparable to this. I like seeing her fascinated. She can't go. Not yet.
