Chapter 5: Legend of time

BEEP,BEEP,BEEP, my alarm went off again at 7:00 the next day. Oh how I hate that alarm clock, i thought as I woke up. On my iPod was a little note that said-

Don't forget meeting at 9:00!

I sighed. Better get up or they'll kill me. I did my normal stuff and headed out the door. And once again the annoying ladder blew up my ear drums. I still had 2hrs so i decided to go into town after i did my morning chorse.

I went into my shed and got my watering can out and headed to the pond. As i filled it up i smelt a human sent. "Shadow if thats you im ready this time," i yelled in the direction of the smell. The bush started to shake and out came Claw. "No it's not him it's only me. I came to get some water. You?," He asked and i started to blush.

"Came here to get some water for my plants thats all," I said quietly as i scratched the back of my head. He nodded and started to fill his jug with the pond water. I did the same with my watering can. After both things where full Claw said,"See you during the meeting.Please don't be late." I nodded. He then touched my face. " Your eyes just went back to normal," he said and started to walk back home.

I let out a small smile. He just touched my face!, I thought. Then i shook my head. No Sora! Don't be one of those girls who goes lovey dovey over a boy. I headed back home with the water. When i made it i watered my garden and then went to Hightown. Hightown was as busy as always and as smelly. I made my way to the farmers market that was packed with a ton of people.

We need some bread. We're real low on it right now. I walked around the entire market even though it felt more like a maze until i found a stand that was selling bread. '' Hello young women. What brings you here today," said the man at the shop. I pointed to a loaf of bread to his left. "Aw. I see. 5$ please." I sighed. Over priced as always but i don't want to get into a fight, I thought as i handed him 5$.

"Enjoy!," he called after me as i left. I was almost out of the market when i heard a man. "Come one, come all. Today im telling the tale about time," Boomed the voice. I looked on my ipod. Its only 7:48 theres time. I walked over to the stage that had an old man siting on it. He had a long wite beard and fluffy white hair too. He looks like santa, I thought as he started his tale.

'' Once long long ago there where animals who where said to have the power of the elements,"He started. " They where called the Element Animals. There where many, many of them but the most known where the cat, dog, wolf, bird, and snake." Oh no. Not this story. " They took on the response ability of earth, but one day a new animal apeared. A fox had come with another power. The power of time. But the fox was not happy with its power though. It killed the wolf and tricked the others to believe she was the wolf. Once the others found out they banshed her to another demention. Right before she was banished she set a spell on the entire world. The words she cried out where 'If i shall not live under this worlds sun then neither shall you! Every hundrend years you will lose an hour of sun until there is no more. And you shall watch this happen. You will be reborn again and again until the sun no longer lives!'"

" Her curse still is with us to this day. We used to have 12 hours of light but now we only have 5. Soon we will never see the light again," He finished his story. People left his stand muttering about what they had just heard. That story AGAIN! I walked out of the farmers market thinking about the legend. I hate it sooo bad! Why does the fox have to be the bad guy. I made it home and checked my ipod touch. "Oh god im late!!!," I said dashing inside my house.

I threw my hat and my bag on to my bed and jumped out the door. Landing on the ground on all fours I ran to the 'fork' to see everyone waiting on me. "Your late," Amber said to me.
