This did not make sense. I went to the same school as Tyler and never knew it until now.

Incomprehensible.

When I found myself in my own house, I thought it was a dream at first and didn't make a huge deal about it. I didn't like how it was messing with my brain. I wasn't sure if it was real and my parents were never home so I had no one to talk to about it. The weirdest thing out of all is that the dream felt real. The pain, tears and anger. They all felt real. Especially Tyler. I remembered Aristotle's definition of dreams to be "the mental activity of the sleeper in so far as he is asleep". Could this all be true?

I was walking through the crowded halls at school and that's when I spotted his blond hair. That hair only reminded me of him and I tried making a paper airplane to get his attention. Turns out it was the dumbest thing I've ever done because when his eyes met mine, I was such a goner. And I stood there frozen like a dummy and it was only the bell that got me stumbling back to the present.

I sat in class flustered, cheeks red with embarrassment from what happened. When I tried focusing in class, his deep blue eyes were all I could think about. The physics test sat on my desk untouched and I already looked for him in class, but I guess luck wasn't on my side because he wasn't there. I tried getting him off my mind by filling in the blanks on my sheet of paper, and somehow, without studying, I knew all the answers to the questions. I handed the test in without giving it a second glance and stroad out of the room to go find my victim.

I went around the school twice, but to no avail. It's like he disappeared or perhaps was he avoiding me? My stomach sank at that last thought. No. Tyler was not like that. I refused to believe the fact that he'll ever try avoiding me.

Not bothering to get the right books, I went to my next class, stumbling a bit. The teacher greeted me with a concerned look, but I tipped my head and sat in the back row. The bell rang and our instructor walked to the front of the croom to deliver the schedule. "Today, we'll be starting the history project which I mentioned yesterday and you'll be sitting in pairs." Not a second later, the class buzzed with excitement at the mention of the word "pairs". Personally, the word pairs made my stomach sink to the bottom of my stomach because I was usually the one left out, but I was relieved when I felt someone tapping my shoulder. For some reason, I expected it to be Tyler, but to my dismay, another girl with glasses stood behind me. Turning around, I realized it was Lucy.

Lucy wore huge framed glasses that hung at the tip of her nose accompanied with red little freckles. She was known for being a computer genius and there have been rumors about her being apart of a hacker team. There was also another one being passed around about her being with the mafia, but that thought made me shake my head.

Lucy smiled. "Would you like to be my partener?"Judging by her soft voice, I had doubts about her being apart of a hacker team, let alone a mafia one.

"Yes. Sure Lucy." I smiled.

We sat down to work on our project and it turns out Lucy was an awesome girl. The rumors really changed how she looked and I almost felt bad for her. We had a blast talking about the big explorers from the sixteenth century and when we neared the end of the period, I felt a strong urge to turn my head, sensing someone staring at me. I knew it had nothing to do with Lucy and so I turned my head.

Ocean blue eyes met mine and the intensity of his gaze had me almost melting into a pool of water. Tyler was looking deep into my soul and to my surprise, the slightest smile appeared on his face revealing two dimples.
