"In the middle English times,a tale had taken place.A tale which had come to be known as a legend. And this legend goes by the name of 'Robin Hood' in the modern world. This tale has inspired many people to do the right thing. And it still continues inspiring hearts from the depths of the world.

The King of Nottinghamshire, the Good King Richard Lionheart, had gone on the Crusades, leaving his younger brother Prince John in charge of Nottinghamshire. The Prince was too busy getting rich to worry about the people. The people needed someone else to turn to.They needed a hero.

The Prince obviously didn't care about the people. He only cared about money. If possible,he would've left robbed every person in Nottinghamshire. What would the people have done to get a hero?An angel in disguise?

The people awaited for this answer day and night. Then, one night,it seemed as if the hope that had been lost from the people's hearts had been revived. The people placed their faith in a new person now.The angel in disguise, the hero they waited in vain for,had arrived to save them from this treachery.Their wishes had come true.

Well that's what say about me at the very least.Yes,I'm the one they call Robin Hood. But me real name was Robert Fitzooth.I was born in Loxley,Sheffield in South Yorkshire, bordering the kingdom of Nottinghamshire.I stole from the rich and gave the money to the people from whom it was taken unjustfully, the poor.Due to which,I became a royal outlaw.Of course this was during the reign of Prince John.I formed a gang of outlaws like me,who came to be known as my Merry Men.My crew and I,from then on,were searched about in every nook and cranny of the kingdom, but with little success.

I was an excellent archer.I gave the stolen money to the poor whenever I got the chance, which was mostly at night. If the 'traveling path' of the money was obstructed,I found some way or the other to fling it to them. The most used means of flinging it to their recipients by the means of arrows. That's why I'm said to be the most accurate archer. As I was the form of hero to them, the people of Nottinghamshire gave me the name of 'Robin Hood',which I didn't mind one bit.In fact,I was kind of pleased with this new 'bestowed' name.

One faithful day,as any other normal day,a cart with barrels filled with gold was going the path of the castle. The sun was shining bright as ever, and the horses were in their full strength. But,there was some other sentiment in the air as well.A vibe that was felt when I'm around.

I jumped down from the one of the trees right on top of the barrels with perfect balance.I kicked one of the barrels' cover open, and looked down at the gold.If there was any other man instead of myself,I would've looted the gold and ran away.Gladly,I was different.

Out of nowhere, the Sheriff of Nottingham came out with the royal guards.Apparently, they had been hiding so that they could catch me red-handed.But,did they know that they were going to be the ones to be left dumbfounded.

The Sheriff then ordered coach to seize me.But,the coach remained seated in his spot.He didn't even move a muscle. The Sheriff ordered again. But,the coach still didn't move.It was like his allegiance was to me than the Sheriff. And it was, actually.

'What's wrong Sheriff?Cat caught your tongue?' I asked him.I was certainly amused by seeing the Sheriff's great discomfort and confusion.

'You imbecile! Why aren't you listening to me?' the Sheriff asked angrily, totally ignoring my existence for sometime.Clearly,he wasn't impressed with the coach's disobedience.

'Apparently, your man isn't obeying you Sheriff. And why should he too?As he's one of.........my men!' I exclaimed. So,the coach's allegiance would obviously be on my side.

'What!Seize them!' the Sheriff ordered his guards. When they were about to charge at me,my men came out from their hiding places and seized them instead. It was truly a sight to behold.I then told them to undress them (not totally) and tie them up to trees. Before leaving,I heard the Sheriff cursing me saying,'I will get you Robin Hood!'
