Arthit's POV
the weekend went by very fast and it's Monday again. i don't know if i should be happy or what. i need to go to school again, but i got to meet Kongpob again. i have no choice but to get ready for school. i got up and took a bath and brushed my teeth before wearing our uniform. i got downstairs to be welcomed by a pleasant smell.
"mom! dad! good morning!" i greeted to them.
"sit now Arthit so we can eat." dad said. i quickly sat down and look at the food in front of me. it's American-style breakfast. i chomped it down happily and drink my daily dose of pink milk.
"thank you for the food! i'll go now mom, my friends might be waiting for me." i bid her goodbye as i kiss their cheeks.
"take care little man!" dad said.
"i'm not little anyore dad!"i said back. i'm not that little...
"alright, alright. go now, you said that your friends might be waiting for you." dad replied. i waved to them before going outside to wear my shoes and ride my bike to school. i don't need to worry about how to get to school, the school was just 5 minutes away from our house. i know, lucky. i get that a lot.
"Arthit! help us, the seniors challenged with us. all are about academics to be particular. you know i don't like those things and you are the smartest among us!" Bright said half pleading and half rapping. give this boy a mic and a beat.
"what did you do again Bright? those seniors won't do something if you didn't do something." i asked.
"well this dumbass right here asked us in front of the seniors why seniors always complain about their homework." Knot answered. on scale of 1 to Bright, how dumb can you be?
"Arthit, i didn't do that on purpose, i promise! please help me! i don't want those seniors to do something more." Bright pleaded. it's only 8 in the morning and i am ready to punch someone.
"where are they?" Bright almost squeezed me to death when i asked him. well, here goes nothing.
but before i took my first step, we were called by Kongpob. oh, my heart has become weak again, how am i gonna face those seniors?
"i'm sorry if i eavesdropped to your conversation, but i will come with you. i know most of the seniors and maybe i know them too. i will help you." oh my gosh Kongpob, i am-- okay stop Arthit, you're getting weirder.
9.he is smart. like SMART smart.
"let's go! before those seniors hunt me down and make me their lunch!" Bright said. me and Kongpob just followed the dumbass, Toota, Prem and Knot. why is Kongpob kind to us these days?
we reached the seniors and i swear, Bright shouldn't have messed up with these seniors. these 5 seniors are smart.
"well, shall we start? you two would be fun to compete with." one of them said. not to brag anything but i am a honor student since freshman so is Kongpob.
"yeah. right, Arthit?" Kongpob said. oh it's my turn to speak.
"y-yeah. i'm-- we're ready." i said.
"good. first topic, Mathematics." which earned a groan from Bright. i just glared at him so he won't cause more problem.
(a/n: i'm gonna put what i have ONLY learned. i am not that smart so if you find these question easy, please tutor me. also the infos and questions are from google.)
"The altitude of an equilateral triangle is 2√3 centimeters. How long is each side of the triangle?" a senior asked. oh, that's easy...
"4 centimeters." me and Kongpob said at the same time.
