"Damn it," Julia said, hitting her forehead. "Grace? Why Grace?" Casey asked. "I will explain this all tomorrow. Meet me at breakfast tomorrow," Julia said, rolling down her sleeves. "Bye," I said. "Bye," she said, rushing out the door. "That was strange," Robyn said. "We should go to sleep," Ashfur said. "Is that why you all look tired?" I asked. "Well, you see... most of us had trouble sleeping for that week," Robyn said. "Jax seemed to have gotten sleep," I said. "We know," Casey said. We all walked to our rooms to go to sleep. "Fuck, how is this going to work?" Casey mumbled. "Casey, we can just sleep in the same bed," I said. "Okay," they said, sounding unsure. They helped me change and get into their bunk. They changed and got in bed next to me. They wrapped their arms around me and fall asleep almost instantly.
"Don't tell anyone, but you should have been dead. Right about now." What does she mean? Was that a threat? No. She saved my life. Do marks have something to do with it? It has to... Right? I tried to brush it off and fall asleep. Casey started to shake gently in their sleep, cause me to snap out my thoughts. I ran my hand through their hair before I fell asleep.
