Chapter 2: The Bell

Gabriel's POV 

I'm running as fast as I can just to arrive at our class on time. I'm Still 4 minutes early before Class begins. I Still have a solid chance to get there without getting a late deduction.

I can do this! 

"Ah...Ms. Quinones... Late again?" Regej The school's most trusted security guard, Very Irespnsible, Ignorate and Perverted. The Perfect human being to hire as a security guard at this school.

"You Ass, I still have 4 minutes. now hurry up and give me back my ID"

I don't know what kind of molly he ate today and decided to scan my ID so slowly, taunting me at the worse time. He was swiping my ID like a sloth, acting like he was in a slow-motion scene. As he was slowly handing over my ID I decided to just grab it and ran. I have no time dealing with his bullshit today.

"By the way Dumbass, your fly is down" I yelled so everyone noticed.

"SHIT!" he yelled.

I only have 3 minutes left. I Aimed to go for the Elevator but As I ran towards it, It was already closing. "NO! NO! NO! NO! DONT CLOSE IT YET!" I yelled at my co-students who were in it. but sadly it was already too late, The doors closed in on me. 

I didn't have another minute to waste for the elevator to come back. I guess the choice Is my old friend... "...stairs..." I exhaustingly said.

I didn't have many options so I just begin to run through the Emergency exit stairs, because it was a quick way to get there. My classroom is just on the top floor.

It's gonna be easy.

[2 minutes later]

I'm dying someone help.

Finally, I arrived on the fourth floor. I rushed to our classroom and completely barging inside like I'm JOHN CENA! 

"Ms. Gabriel Celeste M. Quinones" Our Prof called my name for attendance.

"Present!" I spoke exhaustedly trying to catch some air. 

"Ehh... Ms. Quinones just on time, This is a complete surprise." Our professor commented.

I noticed that everyone was looking at me so I just proceed to sit down. Our Prof proceeded to call out names for attendance and after that, she begins her lecture. 

I was casually listening to her until I felt something slimy from my behind. I looked back and saw something leaking from my bag. My Jam must have spilled all over the place. Everything was dripping out of it. 

"shit! " 

" Language. " Our Prof yelled across the room, Giving me this 'You fucked up look' On her face.

I raised my hand and excuse myself to go the bathroom, I told her that my jam was making a mess and surprisingly, she actually let me. I grabbed my bag and completely sonic my way to the nearest bathroom.

"Ugh... What a waste, This was supposed to be sealed shut. why did it just open like that?" 

I Grabbed all the toilet paper that I could grab and try to wipe the jam stains off my skirt, although didn't do much, It still left some marks.

I Went inside a stall to do my business while I was already there. Still pissed from my situation though. Now I look splattered my period on my skirt. 

*BELL*

"Greeting, Students, and Teachers. We Advice you to Remain Calm and Stay in your respective classrooms. There has been a massive outbreak from the outside therefore we advise all the school staff and Faculty members to Lock all doors and close all windows. 

Everyone has to remain silent and calm until the problem has been settled. Your Teachers will act as your guide. Therefore god bless us all"

The announcement came from the broadcast speakers from the halls. My light suddenly flicked off and heard The bathroom door shut it self sealed. I immediately pulled up my skirt and checked the door. The door was closed. 

"Shit! HEY! I'm Still in here"

I banged at the door and yelled for help, but no one was responding. it was actually dead silent from the other side. Before you can hear different classroom noises, but it was genuinely silent.

I might be stuck here for a while before somebody finds me. I sat on the bathroom floor and just wait for someone to know I'm here. while I suffer in boredom. I heard another Siren but it sounded different, It came from the outside. 

Gladly, there was a small window where you can peak outside, but It was pretty high up I couldn't see the ground but I had a clear view of the buildings from the other side.

I couldn't make up what it was saying though, it felt like it's also giving out warnings. I'm not sure but I'm positively sure that it's connected with the outbreak that they mentioned. Dang shit's really getting real.
