Panick attack/flash back

Peter just got back to the tower from his night time patrol of the neighborhood.~Mr.Stark told me we would be doing some sort of training exercise I wonder where he is?~ Peter thought as he looked around. Peter went down to look for him in the lab considering he was usually down there." Oh there you are Peter I've been wondering when you'd finally come over" tony stark days in an exhausted joking way. "Wait but I was her- never mind what kind of training did you want me to do?" Peter asked realizing it would be quicker just getting to the point. "Yes! Follow me" Tony says and motion him to follow. "Oh and before we go, got your suit?" "Yep! Now let's go!" Tony led Peter to an abandoned building it didn't look like much but apparently it was it. "Ummm mister stark what are we doing.... here?" You'll see" tony answers Peter and Peter went inside and saw a hugs pile or rubble and rocks and lots of big tubes big enough to fit 1 person. "Woah... when did you have the time to makes this?" Peter asked tony."this training facility has been here for a while never thought to use it though." Tony answered "well what do I do?" Peter asked. "Just crawl through till the end we need to know the time it takes for you to get through and make it less." Tony answers again. The spider boy was a little on the edge, okay a lot he hasn't been under rubble since that building collapsed on top of him. He knew this was safe and he could get out of it anytime and mr stark was there just in case, but it didn't change the fact that he was scared. "3..2..1..GO!" Tony yells. Peter starts running he's about to enter the tube but he stops in his tracks. "Hey Peter?.. you alright there buddy" tony asks concerned as to why Peter stoped. "Oh sorry.... umm just zoned out let me start again" Peter lied. "3..2..1..GO!" Tony says again and Peter starts running towards the tube. He didn't want to let down mr stark so he entered the tube, he crawled through the tube pretty easily until he was half way through and he realized how under the rubble he was. Peter became to hyperventilate he could feel his heart beat faster against his bunched up hands. All he could think about was how scared he was when he was trapped under that building no one coming to save him all he could do was struggle. "Peter! Why did you stop?" Tony yelled knowing it would be hard to hear him through the tube. ........no answer. "Spiderling appears to be hyperventilating heart rate increased by 89%" Karen tells tony stark. Tony's face immediately changes from confused to concerned."PETER?!?!??" Tony yells. He stops the training simulator and the tubes open he runs to Peter who is huddled in a ball trembling hyperventilating heart beat fast eyes clenched shut and tears streaming down his face. "Hey kid kid kids shhhhh it's alright I'm right here your right here" Tony says and he picks Peter up and puts him is lap holding him close. "I...can't...breathe" Peter let out in a gasp."yes you can can you feel my chest follow my breathing okay"tony says calmly holding Peter closer so he can feel his breathing."in.....out...in....out...." Peter copy's mr starks breathing. Tony can feel how fast and hard his heart is beating,he begins to rock the boy slightly saying comforting words. Peter stops trembling and his heart beat goes back to normal.-phew- Tony thought happy that Peter didn't faint. Tony looks down and sees Peter fast asleep,he stands up still holding Peter close to him and makes his way back to the tower. On the way back Peter says softly,"let's wait a little bit before I do that again." "Took the words right out of my mouth" Tony replies.
