With her parents still screaming hoping and praying for their daughter to be ok, ambulance rush over to Rachel's cold corpse, picking her up and laying her on the hospital bed. They begin putting an oxygen mask on Rachel and pump air into her lungs, her vision begins fading slowly. Her eyes begin to turn red and tears slowly begin to fall down her face and she passes put. "We are losing her guys!!-" The paramedics yell out and begin to give her CPR. The heart monitor begins to start going again and she slowly opens her eyes a bit and coughs up blood into her oxygen mask. The doctors rush to get the mask off of her and bring a bucket up to her chin and she throws up a massive amount of blood. Her parents, worried, holding both her hands and starts to cry profusely, begging and praying she will be ok.

Rachel starts to tense up and squeezes her Mom and Dad's hands and begins to wake up and asks, "Where are we....? What's this on my face...?" Her parents explain to her that she is in a hospital and that she got shot. She screams in horror, "I WAS SHOT!?!" She then starts to hyperventilate and squeeze her parents hands as tight as she can to calm down. "Hun, the doctors took the bullet out of your back.... its ok, they patched up your wound-" her mother said with worry. "Who- who shot me-?" Rachel said with tears slowly running down her cheeks. They look at eachother in shock and turn back to Rachel, "Mason kidnapped you hun and then when you were let free, we had an arguement..... you left the house and he shot you in the back...." with tears rushing down from her cheeks, she then hugs her parents and cries her eyes out. Her phone starts to vibrate and her parents hand her phone over, she turns it on and sees thousands upon thousands of notifications, but she saw one in particular that caught her eye, it was from Mason, it read- "You got what you deserved bitch and if you press charges, your family is next 😈."

She begins to ball her eyes out even more and starts to get nauseous, her parents rush over to her, "What's wrong sweetheart? Are you ok?" they then look down at her phone and see the message that Mason has sent her. Her father gets extremely angry and snatches the phone out of Rachel's hand and throws it against the wall breaking it into pieces. Rachel begins to breathe heavily and passes out on the hospital bed, her parents rush right back to her and panic calling for the doctor. "Doctor!! DOCTOR!!! WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! SHE ISN'T BREATHING!!!!" The doctors rush into Rachel's room and begin to do CPR again on her to try and get her to start breathing again. The doctors ask Rachel's parents in a panicked tone- "What happened to her?" "She got a text from her ex, and it said she got what she deserved and if she pressed charges, we are next...." Her father explained to the doctor and the doctor advised them to call up a lawyer and press charges regardless of what Mason said. Rachel's Mom and Dad look at each other in fear and begin to call up the police and a lawyer, "Hey yes, this is her, yes, I need a lawyer, my daughter.... she got shot in the back by her ex-boyfriend and we need help." the lawyer then began explaining the process of pressing charges on Mason. Rachel's Mom and Dad then agree to the terms and conditions and begin the process of pressing charges on Mason to get him into prison for what he has done.

The lawyer begins to write down everything Rachel's parents have told her and began to tell them, "Do you guys think you can meet up with me a week from now? I need you guys both to write complete and honest statements in order to press charges, I also need to have a word with both of you 1 on 1 in order to get both sides of this story." Her parents agree to these terms and conditions, kiss their daughters forehead and head home to write their statements. Meanwhile back at the doctor's, Rachel begins to slowly wake back up and look over on the bed and sees a figure sitting on her bed. Her vision is too blurry in order to make it out and the figure begins to get up and grab something within the room, they raise it over their head and attempts to hit Rachel in the head but vanishes after the doctors come back in to check up on Rachel. Rachel, with her eyes open wide and her skin turning as pale as a ghost, she begins to tell the doctor about what she saw in the room with her, the doctor then suggested letting him call her parents to come back, so the doctor then calls her parents and they rush back over and lay beside Rachel. Rachel's mom slow caresses her head and holds her tightly explaining to her, "It's gonna be ok sweetheart, that figure isn't here anymore, me and your dad will take shifts in here to keep an eye on you, we also need to write our statements for the lawyer-" she pauses as Rachel holds her mom tightly in her arms and tears begin to shed down her face. "I'll take the first shift-" Her father exclaimed and began sitting down at the desk next to Rachel and continues to write his statement for the lawyer. Her mom exits the room and goes to the cafeteria and grabs a snack for herself and her husband, she returns with the food and drinks over to her husband to give him his share of food and drinks so he can watch over Rachel.

Rachel's mom then proceeds to go outside of Rachel's room and sits down on a chair near her room and begins to doze off. She starts hearing strange voices in her head screaming Rachel's name, as if something was ready to attack her. She wakes up in a panic and opens up Rachel's room as quickly as possible and begins to see the shadow figure above Rachel on her bed, she rushes over to her husband and wakes him up as best as she can and tells him about the shadow figure she is seeing, "Hun their is nothing there-" he said confidently towards her, she begins to think to herself, "How does he NOT see that shadow figure.... its right above Rachel...."
