"It's too cold. Come back." Andy protested after Robert got up and left her alone in the big bed.

R: "I wanna make us some breakfast before we head to work."

A: "But we can just eat with the team and stay in bed longer." She looked at him with puppy eyes he chuckled and got back under the cover. She snuggled to his side and rested her head on his chest. They just laid there in silence soaking up every last second. In the last week, they had just to themselves, they had cuddled a lot and Robert slowly opened up a little to Andy but not much. He never had a problem speaking up but this time felt different somehow. He had his fences up again, trying to keep his pain inside and away from Andy.

R: "It's time, we need to get up if we wanna get to work in time and since I am now a Probie I really can't be late."

Andy held on right to him.

A: "No, I'm not letting you go."

R: "So you think you are strong enough to hold me back?" He laughed a little. Andy had never been a clingy girlfriend or wife but with the separation and the events of last week she had been glued to his side in their week off.

Andy didn't reply and just held on to him tighter. The last week with them just being home in their own little bubble she never wanted to let go of him. She wasn't sure why but she just longed to be in his arms, feel his touch.

R: "Well if you are not gonna let me go..." he got his arms around Andy, picked her up and got out of bed.

A: "Wait, stop, what are you doing?" She tried to protest.

R: "We need to get ready for work and you wouldn't let me go. You really gave me no other choice." He said while he carried her to the bathroom and then let her down. "And now let's get ready." He gave her a short kiss.

A: "Fine" she grunted. They both brushed their teeth and got ready for their first shift in a week.

A: "Hey guys." Andy walked into the beanery where the team had already started breakfast together.

Vic: "Hey Andy! You're back!"

A: "I am."

Robert walked in and the room went silent. No one had seen him since he got arrested and he may be the Probie now but he had been their chief for way longer. Seeing him so vulnerable had been weird for most of them. Everyone could see Robert and Dean exchanging looks but no one could read them. Travis spoke up first and tried to break the awkwardness between the team.

Travis: "Well, sit down and have some breakfast."

R: "Sounds great, I am starving!"

He looks sideways at Andy.

A: "What? It's not my fault" she whispered to him.

R: "Oh we both know it is."

Their faces got closer while whispering to each other without either of them really noticing.

Vic: "Oh my god guys! Cut it out I'm trying to have breakfast here!"

Ben: "Seriously you had a whole week at home I'm sure you had enough sex."

And only then Andy and Robert snapped out, turned to the team and both blushed.

Dean: "Great now I have that image in my mind. Thank you, Dad!"

Ben: "Really? Still?"

Jack: "Yes Dad really"

Ben: "When will you all stop with the dad thing?"
