Sailor Moon: Falling Stars

Chapter 6

Usagi woke up to a sound. Chibiusa was fast asleep beside her. Her pink hair was in nots and covering the pillows. She was laying across the bed. Usagi shook her head. She still wasn't used to the fact that her daughter was getting older.

She slowly lifted the cover off of her body and raised herself off the bed. Then she tip toed out of the room and closed the door behind her. Usagi looked at the couch and noticed it was empty.

Her head turned sharply to a noise. It was from the kitchen. With her broach held tightly in her hand, she quietly walked to the kitchen. Right when she got to the door was she held out her broach. "Moon Eternal..."

"What!"

Usagi flipped the switch to find William. He had his hand in the cookie jar, literally. "What are you doing?" Usagi asked.

He chewed a bit. "I was hungry."

Usagi stood there for a moment. She was embarresed for intruding on him. "Sorry... I just thought..."

"Thought I was a murderer in your house?" William half smiled.

Usagi melted. "Kinda..."

He walked up to her and put his hands on her upper arms. "I won't hurt you."

She stared into his eyes and was frozen in place. He had put a spell on her. William's hands burned her skin with electricity. Usagi felt the urge to kiss him.

She felt like the was slapped. Mamoru's face came into her mind. She backed away from William and let his hands fall. "I'm going to bed. Night!"

Usagi ran to her room and closed the door behind her.

Rei looked into the fire. A man was holding Usagi. He held her from behind with his arms wrapped around her waist. His face was softly touching hers. They were both laughing.

He slowly transformed into a shadow. His green eyes went to the glowing red. Usagi was still smiling as if she didnt know anything. The monster reached his hand into her and grabbed her guardian.

When her light faded from her guardian, the world broke apart. Volcanos ruptured. Cities were flooded. Earthquakes destroyed cities.

Rei watched as Usagi's death made the world end.
