"Im home!" The energetic and happy  voice of your husband rings as you rise from your thinking position on the couch and go to greet him at the door "welcome home" you smile sadly planting a kiss on his lips as he responds with even more love "Everything okay?" He questions shutting the door with his foot and placing his bag beside the coat rack as he loosens his red tie.

"Its Alicia" you speak as his eyes immedialty sharpen like a cat stalking its prey "what happend, did she get hurt, struggling with homework?" The rapid fire almost making you let out a sad laugh "Mazoku broke up with her today" and as if the restraints he once held over himself come loose.

"IS HE SERIOUS! WHY THAT ARROGANT SON OF BITCH, TOLD YOU HE WASN'T GOOD FOR HER HIS NAME LITERALLY MEANS DEVIL! MY GORGEOUS DAUGHTER WAS WAY OUT OF HIS LEAGUE TO START WITH!" his face becoming redder and redder as you place your hands either side of his face and force him to look at you.

"Look at me Tetsurou, I get your angry but please she won't even open the door to me So the last thing she needs is to hear you shouting and making her feel worse" as his eyes become flat once again "your right, ill go talk to her you start preparing dinner" his lips landing on yours as he takes his shoes off and makes his way upstairs.

Kuroo P.O.V

I reach the top of the stairs and come face to face with Alicia's door the cute single letter A decorated with flowers that I made for her on her 7th birthday.

"Alicia darling?" I speak her name as I press my ear to the door and hear soft sobs and sniffles "I don't want to talk dad" she speaks sadly back all life drained from the sentence "please sweetie, your mother is really worried about you as am I. He is not worth the tears i mean seriously, he is uglier than your uncle Lev and that's saying something" as I hear her laugh albeit it being a single second.

"Fine" she caves as I hear the sound of the lock turning and I push the door open quietly shutting it behind me as I notice the red rims around her eyes, tear streaks down her face and a nose as red as a cherry.

"Come here and give your dad a hug" I softly push sitting beside her as she throws herself at me letting go of all the tears "I don’t get what I did wrong dad. I treated him with all the love I could give. Supported him through everything and to see him with that girl kissing her like some animal" as I grip her even tighter the rage im feeling rising again as I remember my wife's words "you know what hurt more than all of that dad? As she looks up at me her eyes big, beautiful and round "what my daughter?" I question.

"The fact he said he only dated me because he felt sorry for me" and In that moment all the 17 years I have loved her and watched her grow into this hardworking, beautiful and bubbly girl I am proud to call my daughter I realised just how easy it was for her heart to be broken.

"I know what will cheer you up?" I smile gently pushing her away from me as she blows her nose "what?" She questions as I walk over to her music player and place a well known Tape into it and press play.

"Care to dance?" I question holding out my hand and standing like a prince as a laugh escapes her "of course! I would be honoured" as she rises to her feet and I place one hand on her back the other in her small and fragile hands and we swing side to side relaxing in the moment "Even if your heart gets broken over and over again I will always be the prince that stands by your side because I'm your farther and I love you more than you know" as I rest my head a top of hers "I love you to dad forever and always".

As you hear the sound of the music  playing up stairs a warm felling settles deep inside your heart not from the food on the stove but the fact that she will always have her dad, a real life prince by her side.

And you found out the next day when she came bouncing through the door from school that Mazoku and the nekoma team got smashed into the ground by Fukurodani's volleyball team and Mazoku even recieved a ball to the face by Takeshi Bokuto which im 99% sure had something to do with kuroo although he denies it.
