Bill Denbrough x Twin Sister Reader

y/n pov

The day started off normal, Bill had invited Eddie, Richie and Stan over for a sleepover which meant I was automatically a part of it because twins do everything together.

"Wakie, wakie y/n! Come on we need to start setting up" Bill was pushing your shoulder signaling you to wake up.

"fine, fine, I'm getting up!" You and Bill share a room, you have ever since Georgie was gone, we knew IT was gone but we promised each other we would be together every second of the day, inseparable.

You get out of bed and head to the bathroom to get ready for the day, when you start to walk you feel a terrible pain in your stomach and wince in pain. Bill notices and due to twin instincts he automatically knows somethings wrong.

"y-y-y/n? A-a-are you alright?"

"Im fine billy, just a stomach ache"

"O-o-ok"

With that you brush your teeth and put your hair up in a ponytail, you throw on your black cargo pants and your white crop top. You also put on some white converse and do a bit of mascara. You and Bill rush to the hall closet to grab the extra blankets and pillow for your friends to sleepover.

Bill pov

Me and y/n were so excited for the boys to come over, we always have such fun at sleepovers with the boys. She looked excited but whenever she turned away a frown stretched across her face, not a sad frown but more like a pained frown. I asked her about it and she said she was fine so I haven't asked her again. I hope she is ok for the night

"Billy i'm just gonna use the bathroom, i will be right back"

"O-o-ok y/n"

She walks off to the washroom, when she comes out a blush is covering her entire face, before she can tell me anything we are interrupted by the doorbell, she tells me to go get it and she runs off to our bedroom, i shrug it off and run to get the door

"Hey bill!" the 3 boys say in unison

"H-h-hey guys"

"y-y-y/n is u-u-upstairs lets go"

The four of us walk up the stairs only to find y/n frantically rushing around looking through her drawers of makeup and stuff. She rushes past us to mum and dad's room.

"Hi boys! Bye boys"

"What the hell is going on?"

"OMG is she going insane, is she dying, IS SHE erm- i dont know thats all i got"

"S-s-she's fine eddie"

"Doesn't look like it, maybe she is pregnant billy boy!"

"S-s-shut up r-r-richie, she hasn't l-l-left the house w-w-without me since..."

I drifted off the boys knew what I was saying but all agreed not to mention it. As soon as we finish our conversation y/n re-enters the room and apologises for not welcoming them earlier, she seemed more relaxed but I knew something was definitely wrong with her. We were all sitting and watching a movie when y/n shot up from where she was sitting and sprinted to the bathroom, while richie and eddie paid no attention to it me and and stan ran after her.

So far the day was going fantastic, me and Bill were setting up for the boys when I felt a warm liquid start to leak down my leg, I told Bill I was gonna use the washroom. When i got there my theories were proven correct, i got my FIRST period. I was super nervous but knew I could trust Bill with this kinda thing, i walked out into the hall but just as i'm about to say something the doorbell rings. I tell Bill to go get it. He runs down the stairs and I start to rush around to try and find some pads or tampons. I dig through every single one of my drawers in mine and the bills room, I hear the boys enter our room but I don't pay any attention to them. I push past them and into the hall towards mum and dads room, i finally find a pad and come back to the room and tuck it in my pocket thinking the blood was over for now.

"Hey boys, sorry about earlier"

"No problem y/n" stan blushes and smiles, damn he is cute i thought to myself

I give the boys all a quick hug and then we decide to watch a movie, I snuggle into my chair and get comfy. Stan was beside me on the beanbag, bill was on his bed and Eddie and Richie are sitting in front of my bed. About half way through the movie i feel the blood, i jerk up out of my spot and print to the bathroom slamming the door, i forget to lock it but i couldnt care less.

"Sis, a-a-are you a-a-alright?"

"y/n? Let us in?"

Shoot, stan and bill were there. I decide to tell them both.

"Erm- billy can you and stan come in hear please?"

"Y-y-yeah, of c-c-course"

The door creaks open and im seated on the floor

"OMG y/n are you alright??"

"I guess so"

I see a worried look in my brother and stans eyes

"Im gonna tell you whats going on if you promise not to tell"

"W-w-we promise"

"oksoisortagotmyfirstperiodandidontknowwhattodoandthereisbloodeverywhereandineedhelp"

Bill being my twin knows exactly what i said and wraps me in a hug, i start to cry in his shoulder but i notice that stan is still extremely confused.

"S-s-stan y/n g-g-got her first p-p-period"

"Ohhhh"

Stan gives me a hug too and i cry into bill as stan wraps his arms around my waist. The moment is interrupted by none other than richie and eddie

Stans pov

y/n seemed so upset but i knew why she was. Me and bill just let her cry in our arms before richie and eddie barged in.

"y/n are you ok?"

"Oh god, is that blood" eddie being eddie started to ramble on about the blood as richie was waiting for an answer

"y-y-y/n can w-w-we tell them?"

She nods her head still snuggled into her brother. Bill tells me to let richie and eddie know whats going on. I explain to the boys what happened and they immediately understand, they drop to the ground and give y/n a hug as well. We all group hug until y/n stands up and whispers something to bill. He tells us all y/n needs to do something privately so we all head back to the twins room. I stay outside the door until y/n comes out.

y/n pov

After the hug I whisper to Bill I have to do some "lady things" alone for a second, he nods and tells the boys to leave. Once im alone i put on the pad, its sorta uncomfortable but im used to it. Once i leave the bathroom i see stan, i think now is the time to tell him how i feel and how ive felt since third grade. I pull him into the bathroom and lock the door.

"Stan? I like you"

"You do?"

"I have for the longest time, i just didn't know when to tell you"

"I like you too y/n"

"Really?"

Before i can answer his lips are on mine, they feel so soft and warm, i pull away after afew seconds and just smile at him.

"y/n denbrough? Would you be my girlfriend?"

"Yes! Absolutely i will stanley uris"

He wraps me in a big hug, i look up and kiss him again. I grab his hand and pull him back to the bedroom. All three boys notice and smile at us. I pull him to my bed and lay down to watch the rest of the movie, i snuggle into his chest and feel my eyes start to close.

"I love you y/n"

"I love you too stanny"

Bill comes and lays beside me as well and pulls me into a hug, stan puts on his pjs and so does the other boys, richie and eddie sleep on bills bed and stan and bill sleep with me. Best. night. Ever. you thought as you drifted off to sleep.
