Chapter 12

~Jungkook P.O.V~
*Next Day*

You woke up hearing voices downstairs, you forced yourself to get up and put on a sweatshirt as you made your way downstairs to see Jin and Namjoon talking to Y/n. She looked up at me as she heard my footsteps. 

Jungkook: Good morning, guys.

Jin: Morning, Kook. Slept well *Jungkook nodded looking at him*

Jungkook: Yeah, thanks. So what are you guys talking about?

Y/n: Wolf stuff *Y/n shrugged looking at Jungkook*

Jungkook: well seeing I'm a wolf, I should be included into this conversation, no?

Namjoon: I guess yeah, come sit down 

Jungkook sat down beside you as he looked at the guys, as he suddenly got a sniff of your scent, glancing at you as he smiled a bit before he looked at the guys.

Jungkook: Ok so care to in form me of what I missed?

Jin: Y/n was just giving us a better understanding of this whole situation.

Jungkook: Well could I have a better understanding as well? *You nodded before you started speaking*

Y/n: So you're an alpha but we all know that now, an alpha is the leader, the guider of the pack. It's their duty and responsibility to look after and protect their pack. An alpha is the strongest and most important of the pack, the king of the pack if you wanna put it that way. Now a wolf pack isn't like a herd of horses where there's one stallion and the rest are mares. There is at least two males in a pack, the alpha and the beta which is basically second in command. So there will always be more males. The omega's are the unimportant ones in the pack they're the low lives. Now most of the times an alpha will have a mate that he's obliged to mate with so that his kids will become pack alpha but if the alpha is unsuccessful in having a mate or having cubs that's where the beta comes in. Once the alpha is incapable of leading the pack the beta will become alpha. So there's the basic understandings of a wolf pack.

Jungkook: Uhm ..ok? I think I get it, but if I am a wolf, how come have I never transformed into a wolf yet?

Y/n: I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't know, maybe you haven't found your inner wolf or primal instincts yet.

Jungkook: Well how do I do that?

Y/n: Well, first we start by hunting, it is essential for every wolf to be able to hunt. Then leadership, you're an alpha so you should know to take control, think rationally during tough situations. Then lastly we're gonna have to find your mate, maybe that'll help you.

Jungkook: Great, lets get started then!
