The next morning you got up and did the usual routine. Brush your teeth, get dressed, eat, watch a little TV, and then go to school.
When you got to school, you found your best friend Ashton Irwin.
"Hey" you nudged him, distracting him from his book.
"Hey Y/N"
"What you reading?" You ask and lay your head on his shoulder.
"A book." He laughs.
"I know that smart ass but what book?"
"I don't know, it was the next one on the shelf."
"Nerd."
"....yeah...." He says it like it's obvious. You laugh and lean against the tree.
"So guess what happened to me last night."
"What?" He was still looking at the book.
"I almost got raped." He slams the book shut and looks at you
"What?" He looks you over. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm okay. Someone actually showed up."
"Who?"
"A guy who goes by the name Smash"
"So he's a superhero?" He says after a few minutes of silence.
"I guess so." I check the time to see that I have 5 minutes until my next class."I got to go Ash. See yah later." I kiss his cheek and head to my next class.
