The class was almost over the teacher still ranting but there was one person who wasn't even paying attention. Little old y/n was busy doodling in their journal about someone sitting across from them. This wasn't unusual for them nor was it a secret to some of their friends. They put everything in that little book from the first day they came to NRC to this day. You may be asking who is the person sitting across from them are they that important to be doodled about well they are to (y/n).

As the teacher ranted I doodled and wrote everything that was on my mind. As I finished drawing a picture of a window; because the view from it was beautiful. once I finished I started to draw a different picture I was happily drawing but soon realized what I was drawing. I lifted my hand to get a better look and saw it was Azul. My mind into a panic as I looked across from me he didn't notice but my mind still wants crazy. I will amen I have a small crush on him but not enough to be one of those weird obsessed people that for all of them almost all the time I think it was just a random impulse, hopefully. I jumped in my seat when I heard the bell causing my best friend, Cody (my oc because I want to be friends) to look at me. He looked confused mixed with concerned.
" You ok (y/n)? You usually don't jump like that." Cody said as he started to put his stuff into his bag. I looked over at him and awkwardly smiled I knew he was going to look at my page and knew something was going to happen. And like a predicted he looked over to me and his eyes immediately were drawn to the page all I heard was a small little gasp. Cody looks back up at me with a huge smile on his face somewhat scaring me.
" are you crushing on the Azul?" He asked smirking. I didn't say anything I just gathered my stuff and ran out of the class out of fear.
💦Your dormitory💦
I ran into my dorm room out of breath and wanting to die. Probably the first time I ever had to run away from somebody that wasn't trying to hurt me. I knew Cody was going to be coming by sometime that day to ask why I ran away something is wrong all the normal things our best friend would. I walked over to the bed place down my things and fell right on top of the comfy cushioned area. I felt like falling asleep but I knew I needed to study and do something with the rest of my day. My phone buzzed and I picked it up, of course, looking who it was or what it was, and don't forget it I realized it was from Cody asking if I wanted to go over to octavinelle for something to drink.
"What is he trying to do," I said out loud. I took in a deep breath and decided I'm going. I knew this was either a plot for him to get me in Azul together or just a fun little friend thing. I put on some more comfortable at-home clothing and left my dormitory. As I walked to the mirror room I started thinking he saw my sketchbook he saw my flustered face he is saw everything, I know what he's doing. I finally reached the mirror room and hesitant about going in fear that my best friend was going to do something I knew he would but was still terrified about. I swallowed my fear and took a deep breath entering the mirror to octavinelle.

Consumed by fear I quickly found the lodge and saw my friend with their boyfriend of course no surprise there. I walked over to their table and took a seat by Cody.
" So~" Cody could. I looked over at him with a questionable look.
"So what?" I asked confused. Cody smirked and over to Ruggie.
"So who are you asking the party at pomefiore?" Ruggie finished. I knew that those two are going together but I honestly forgot about it.
" I forgot about that but I don't think I'm going," I said looking around for a waiter. I couldn't find one so we talked for what felt like hours. We talked about some pretty meaningless topics like what we were expecting to order or what we're going to do for the rest of the day. A lot of meaningless chit-chats.
" Ok, s- hay (y/n) look over there." Cody cut himself off to say. I looked to share he was pointing and saw a white-haired man. I blushed a little turning back to my friends.
"Why don't you ask Azul to the party~," Cody asked smugly. I rolled my eye to know my friend all too well.
" because I'll go red face like Riddle," I spoke out. I did like Azul and I did want to ask him to the party but I just couldn't do it. My mind went blank for a moment thinking of all the possible outcomes of asking him. Getting rejected, get stood up, or just getting plan ignored all scary outcome. I sighed as I snapped back to reality and realised that some gave us drinks.
"Well look who came back to Earth." Reggie said as he took a sip of his drink. I rolled my eyes and grabbed my drink.
"What is this?" I asked.
"I don't know. Jade came over and asked what we wanted but you where zoned out so who knows what you got." Cody said. I looked at my drink before taking a big golp of it. It was (f/b)fav drink) surprising.
"Oh it's (f/b)." I said putting my cup down. I looked to my friends who where a happy couple maybe I could ask them for some help on how to ask Azul to the party. Taking a deep breath I asked
"Hay Ruggie codyus you two are dating so um.." I looked down my nerves acting up.
"You want to know how to ask Azul out~" Cody said making my head pop up.
"How? H-how did you-" "you like him so just ask that's what I did" Cody cut me off like normal. Ruggie shot him a glare.
"Not true! You where depressed and I was the only one who would help you remember" Cody clicked his tongue at what Ruggie said. I sighed and got up going to the bar where Azul was at.
"Oh hello (y/n)!" He smiled that adorable smile. no don't let that take your strength away (y/n)! I took a breath and looked Azul in the eye.
"Will you go to the party at pomefiore with me!?" I held my haed down scared to see his face. I felt a hand on the back of my head 'is he giving me a head pat??' I thought. I slowly lifted my head to see Azul smiling.
"Of course pomefiore throws the best parties" he chuckled taking his hand away. I smiled and nodded.
"Amazing I'll see you at the party!" I jumped away from the bar and ran back to my friends who where no longer fighting.
🦀Time Skip to the party 🦀
Azul was right pomefiore dos throw the best parties. All the people at the party where having fun, I think some people where drunk and I thought this was going to be a weird party where we all waltz. Looking around I tried to find Azul but he was nowhere to be seen. I sighed and went to the balcony to mop.
"I got stood up didn't eye" I sighed not hearing the balcony doors open. I heard foot steps of what sounded like heels. I flinched feeling a pare of arms wrap around me.
"Aww~ way are you out here alllll a long" it was Azul and he sounded drunk. I turned around Azul not letting go.
"A-azul?? What are yo-" I wasn't able to finish my sentence as Azul locked his lips with mine. Slowly I melted in to the kiss holding him closer. We pulled away for air but I wish we didn't.
"I love you~" Azul said putting his on my shoulder.
"I love you too" I mumbled holding him closer I don't care if he's drunk I love him I truly do.
