Chapter 2

     When they walked in to the sheriff's office he explained to them that Principal Liverwort had been brutally murdered in his home yesterday evening and an eyewitness had mentioned the sight of the three of them throwing toilet paper over his house. The sheriff looked at the trio, "Now I hope that surely you had not been involved with the murder of a man, if so then you will all have to go to court and possibly serve many years in jail." Margo spoke up, "Sheriff we had been the ones to tepee Liverworts house, but we did not murder him we didn't even go inside the house!" Margo was always the one to chicke out at the sign of punishment. "Now Miss Margo I believe you, but the judge won't so unless we figure out wh-", Raven cut him off, "We will help, we will help solve Liverworts murder if that is the only way to keep out of jail!" The others nodded in agreement even though they didn't believe they could pull off solving a crimial case. "So," the sheriff said confidently, "it is decided, you will help solve this case and try to avoid getting sent to court till we have the best solution we can find."

     As the trio hustled out of the Sheriff's office a conversation broke out. "Pss," Vallen whispered to Raven and Margo, "meet me at Lilydale High in thirty minuetes". They both anxsiouly agreed. Raven skipped to her car, the car her parents had sent to pick her up and drop her off, she was excited to solve this murder more than anyone else, oddly enough she wanted to even solve more. "Margo would never agree to solve more" she thought outloud. Margo on the other hand was terrified, when they had tepeed Liverworts house she made eye contact with the stranger inside the house, she shuddered then and she shuddered thinking about it. Vallen's mother was disappointed in that her son had tepeed the principals house, she knew Vallen was a good kid at heart it was just how he was coping with his father leaving him.

   Vallen hopped in his brand new red Mercedes-Benz he bought for himself after his father left. He was wearing his cuffed jeans a white tank top and a yellow and blue plaid shirt. He drove to the school while listening to the radio.

   Margo crawled up from the couch and slowly walked to her room to get ready for the trio's meeeting in their average highschool, Lilydale High. She put on a pink tank top, denim shorts, and put her hair up in ponytail.

Raven picked up her skateboard and dashed inside her home, already running late for her meet up with Vallen and Margo. She waved to her little sister June and raced downstairs to her room to change. Raven was basically caring for her little sister even though her parents didn't seem to realise that they were neglecting her.  She changed into white denim shorts, a grey shirt, and her hair done up.

They all raced to Lilydale High for their first meeting to discuss a murder and it definetly would not be the last.
